Everyone is making me hungry with their food. I can’t eat like that anymore, I miss being able to feast on Gameday. Got this condition called gastroparesis where I don’t digest food normally so I get full super easily. So light meal for me today, but everyone enjoy those wings, cheesesteaks, pizza and whatever else.

Cabo San Lucas definitely has people offering drugs all around the marina and rhe cartel definitely runs things.  Crazy thing is that they keep the peace.  They don't want heat messing up their golden goose egg.  If thieves start stealing stuff, the cartel rather than the police address the situation normally with desert ass whooping or worse if they don't get the message.  As you say, as long as you don't put yourself if bad situations with bad people doing bad stuff then you are safe and safer than most places in the world
