Gainwell had been playing well but still hate that call against a great run defense. Let hurts use his legs and throw to your WRs that they’ve shown they have issues covering

    If you’re going to run it there though, don’t make it a delayed draw.  Get after them.  That’s how you guarantee yourself at least 2 yards for an easy 4th down.

    The call was fine. D is likely to be playing more pass than run there. Should have been able to get it 4th and 1 with automatic sneak. Just didn't execute.

    That type of run is why we wanted a 3rd down back who is stronger at POA just to fall forward and get that extra yard. 

    Don't mind the runs. Our oline needs to put pressure on their dline.

    The SF defense is demonstrating the ability to engulf any hesitation or delayed plays.  That is going to blow things up with RPO.  I think they may want to consider either letting Hurts just drop back and deal or running right at them.
