There is no way the Eagles would do this, and neither would I after sober thought...

but if somehow Stroud made it to #10... I would pause... for a second...

Also if he’s in his 30s I don care if he’s just a passer at that point in his career the Eagles should be grooming a replacement regardless, because guys playing into their 40s isn’t the norm.

He helped Brees become the QB he was in New Orleans. Brees was going nowhere with the Chargers before he joined Payton in New Orleans. Brees is on record stating it. Payton took the Saints from a bottomfeeding franchise and made them a winning franchise. I think some have forgotten how pathetic that franchise was. And he does have winning record without Brees, while having the likes of Taysom Hill, Jameis Winston and Teddy Bridgewater at QB.

Not a guarentee it works out in Denver or that they'll win a Super Bowl, but the guy is a very good HC and the odds are better he has success than failure in Denver.

Hate all you want but the fact is he's been a damn good coach.

Didn't see Payton complaining about it. Any actual proof other than a rumor? Seriously asking, not being sarcastic.

All I've heard is him saying they'll use it if the league doesn't ban it. If anything, it seems like he's crediting the Eagles for being so  good at it that he's looking to utilize it.

Are you kidding? Russ getting the praise Hurts got for being so good at it? I can see him going along to get his rep up again.

Russ would do it in a hearbeat to help his bruised ego. He even dove head first in a game with no meaning for the Broncos and was concussed....because his heart and ability have been questioned all year. 

Besides, Payton isn't going to allow Russ to run roughshot like Hackett did. Payton already said Russ' personal coaches aren't allowed at the facilities. Payton is making it known he's in charge, not Russ.

Don’t think you really want to compare injuries between Allen and Hurts! BTW, Hurts played college against the best defenses in country for 3 years at Alabama vs Allen playing at Wyoming.

Also go back 3 years, Allen missed 4 games. Don’t cherry pick years to compare.

That was his rookie year. Since then, for the same time Hurts has been in the league, Hurts has been injured and missed more games than Allen

A few things here

First Sean Payton is overrated, washed and a ****, that’s first.

Second Russell Wilson is done and things aren’t going to magically just work out like they think they are over there, book that.
