They were tending upward!

Montgomery, Swift… hmmm what should we do here with this 12th overall pick… let’s go running back.

Oh what, a 2nd round LB is available? Hmm let’s snag him top 20.

They really could’ve had Gonzales/Banks, JSN/Kincade/Kancey, and traded back into the 1st from 34 for Campbell.

Devon Achane as a scat back?  Early at the very end of round 2?

No

Gimme a 3 down style back please

Roob said they asked Carter about accident on zoom and it didn't sound like he held himself accountable.  Howie & Nick were mad because he was concluding that from a zoom interview.  It wasn't about his right to ask the question just what he said

Roob is a dumbarse.

I’ve been just about as hard as anyone on Carter and my concerns with picking him, but the fact is the team has Dom DiSandro and his group doing far more in-depth investigation into the guy than any of us can.  If the Eagles investigators gave the green light then it’s the organization’s prerogative to take the risk.  It’s their image and their money.

Can make the lions the favorite in the nfc north but you can’t take the years of losing out of the lions dna

I just stared at a picture of Lizzo for 5 straight minutes and not even that monstrosity could make my Round 1 erection go away.

Sign her for DT depth.

I’d like to add Zach Kuntz at TE in the middle of the draft.

Slightly older prospect, epic name for a Philly TE, absurd measurables for the position…would be a nice add.

If they go TE no need to deviate from UGA

Agreed. I’m not banking anything on Penny. I have interest in some guys projected all over day 2 and 3: Kendre Miller, Tank Bigsby, DeWayne McBride, Evan Hull, Deneric Prince to name a few.

I've been pissing all over the bathroom vanity since Nolan got drafted.

The Levis stuck in the green room thing is much different than in the past.

First, he's already made about 650k from playing football with NIL, so its not like he's crying poor when he slips to round 2.

His invited guest game is also top notch.

Nick will challenge her to a pie-eating contest and lose worse than his game of horse against Nolan.

Washington isn’t making it to 62 and if they trade up, it better not be for a TE.

Any very good receiving RBs with high end agility left on the board?  Basically a poor man’s Gibbs?

Anyone that fits that description is probably the best add the Eagles could make in this balance of this draft.

Spears would be my choice in that vein.

I think Gainwell deserves a shot. Dudes electric.

You put mayo in your coffee and eat banana peels, you're gonna have a bad time.

He pizzaed when he should have french fried.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the NFL does this for ratings either

Oh, she's kinda got that Hannah Waddingham (Ted Lasso team owner) vibe. Nice.

The lions by far had the worst first round. Besides the Eagles, the Cardinals actually had a really good first round when you consider the fact they got the player they wanted in Paris Johnson by really only moving back three spots in the end. They got a 2024 1st and 3rd from the Texans and lost their 34th overall pick but gained 33rd overall.

Now they’re also dopes for tampering to get Jonathan Gannon, and having to move back 28 slots because of it.

While I don't like where they went for these guys. Individually, I love the players. If they turn out to be absolute studs, no one will really care where they went.

Lukas Van Ness had a fine flock of young hens clucking around him as well.

That drunk dude mauling him when he got the call was hilarious.

I’m as big a Gainwell fan as anyone on here but I still don’t see him as a 15-20 carry guy. Nor do I want to bank that Penny can be.

Round 2........ I'm looking at o-line or maybe DB or if somehow Keion White falls.... I will be looking in round 3 for Bigsby

Why Bigsby over Kendre Miller?

Give me Torrence as you've illustrated and McBride somewhere late and I'm good.

We win the draft.

I think you also have to look at who went around gibbs. Even if Gibbs becomes a good running but Gonzalez winds up being a stud corner you decided it was more valuable to get a running back over a corner when their secondary was god awful last year and most of that secondary isn’t there long term right now. This is the same thing that Dallas did with Zeke except they did it higher up in the first round.

I wouldn’t complain, but I’d rather have Spears.

I wouldn’t turn down Miller either.
