I'm not saying it's right, I'm just saying that's how it is. Packer fans consider him a Packer.

I'd claim Reggie too if I was them.

Gonna be fun to hate on the Cardinals this year.  Then we'll have to wait and see where he lands after he's fired.

Geez. He just had this surgery. March 39th wasn't that long ago. 🤣

I should tell my Niner friends that TO and Ricky Watters were true Eagles.

Sadly I think that one has to be Vikings purple.

I think Reggie chased the money...or what God told him to do.

Doesn't matter which, he wasn't getting a contract from the Eagles either way.  Braman was the worst owner in the history of this city, even worse than Harold Katz.

Willie Roaf was a Chief.  You may have to fight them.

Of course he's also a Saint.

Fans are very tribal about this stuff... Except Jags fans, they don't want Foles.

Foles was a Bear.

Speaking of players who identify with certain teams they played for in their career, really cool to see how Connor Barwin became a Philly guy the moment he was brought in and that he's still a part of the franchise.

I blame Norman Braman more than I do Reggie White but retiring the number of the first player to ever leave a team in FA is kind of a slap in the face.  Eagles records aside, Reggie White leaving was the beginning of the great exodus of so many great Buddy Ryan players.  No doubt, Reggie belongs in the Eagles HOF, but to retire the number of a guy who left for the highest bidder is just silly.

92 would be the first number I put back in circulation.

Bull.   That was on Braman, besides Keith Jackson was the first to leave via free agency.  They didn't leave because Reggie left.  They left because Braman hated them, and they hated him.

2015 Rams, baby!  It makes him an honorary Battle Hawk.

I think UGA has a bigger problem... was it their employee driving the other car whilst ~2.0.

Well, the word was there was a relationship outside of work.  The Athletic Association, which leased the vehicle she was driving, has asserted she was not authorized to operate it.   The association may have a rough time proving that but their exposure really comes down to negligent entrustment.  Unless she had a driving record that reflects racing or DUI, that may be a tough argument to make.  That said, IF she was a permissive user, the insurer would have to recognize her as an insured so there may be some decent level coverage there.  UGA asserts that she was not in the course and scope of employment. Thus there may be a question of agency.  The fact the attorney for the deceased player’s Dad asserts she was on call suggests that he is fishing for a basis for a claim against UGA.  The state (UGA) is limited to a $2 million exposure in GA.  My suspicion is if the attorney is willing to fish, he is willing to fish against Carter.  Weak case.  What duty did Carter have to the occupants of her car?  Not to "race”.  Not exactly an organized race so we basically have a Flea/Marty McFly case at worse with Carter in the role of Flea.  But as we learned from the movie, Marty did not have to race and knowing the outcome, Marty made the smart move and didn’t. Still there is risk as to what a jury might do.  Carter and his insurer will need to calculate risk versus reward (reward being a finite financial cost).   There is an argument the deceased and injured parties are not without fault.  While not driving, they made the decision to ride with an intoxicated driver.  Liability facts probably favor the defendants but the damages are quite likely to blind a jury.

Agree it was on Braman.  I also think, if Reggie found a way to stay here, Keith Jackson, Seth Joyner, Byron Evans, Clyde Simmons and Eric Allen all wouldn't have left.  Maybe one or two but the defense wouldn't have been gutted.  Reggie was the glue to that team and defense.

And yes, we can all blame Braman, and I did.

Read about Norman Braman and socks.

That guy in France was human garbage.

All those great Eagles did not jump. They were pushed.

I have been laughed at numerous times over the past few months for seeing that potential in Christian Elliss.  I realized then, and realize now that Elliss being the answer at LB#2 … and not just an answer, but a good answer … is a long shot given his UDFA status and University of Idaho competition level, but I’m interested to see how it plays out.

I’m on that bus with you. I like Elliss.

Prince Tega Wanogho of course. Is he still here?

Don't know him, worth trading for to add to the rotation?

No Witt???  2 Howies

I want Witt too.

I don't see Day 2 OG or OT.

I see a decent number of day 3 OG and/or OT.

The Eagles don't really have enough picks on day 3.   I see Zavala at 165 in that draft.  Good with that.  Not good with Zavala at 66.  The Eagles could trade down the 66 and pick up a lot of day 3 picks and get Zavala + Witt + other high RAS, maybe raw,  OGs or OTs.

I can't see that round 2 or round 3 guy who is high RAS and I can't see a day 3 guy who has really high RAS who should be over drafted on day 2.  I like Witt, but I don't think he's a day 2 guy.

But there are other 9.something Ras OGs or OTs.

These guys are listed at OTs

Jake Witt - 9.80 Ras high ras and tall and raw and college basketball and college TE as well as OT.  Many here including me like him on day 3.

Trevor Reid Louisville
UDFA    276th

OT
As OG - 9.94 RAS
as OT - 9,61 RAS
6041 - he's a OT,  but 6041 is more Guard height than Tackle
https://ras.football/ras-information/?PlayerID=24907&pos=OG&wu=&ovl=

38 vert is 10 Ras for OT
1004 broad is 9.99 Ras for OT
6041 height is 1.42 Ras for OT and 6.73 as a Guard

ryan swoboda
UDFA    385th
https://ras.football/ras-information/?PlayerID=23330&ovl=Central+Florida

6094 - 30 bench - 1.72 10 split

9.31 Ras as OT

These guys are listed as OG

Anthony Bradford 9.81
Sidy Sow 9.72
Jon Gaines 9.63
Chandler Zavala 9.50

Trade down,  pick up more day 3 picks,  and pick up multiple hi ras OT/OG,  instead of just one today, with a lower ras.

I've seen Carter called a ''better version" of Jeffrey Simmons. If he even ends up being an "almost as good" version of Jeffrey Simmons the pick is a home run at 9.

I loved Simmons the year he came out. i think HE did as well. We both were on board with taking him in the first even with the knee injury. If he becomes Simmons that’s a great pick and the ability to go from Cox to Carter is pretty unique. Not often you get a fletcher Cox followed by a Carter (if he pans out)

Wasn't there a 5:30 PC for Carter and Smith?
