Do future picks hold less value?  Pick 119 would get the Eagles to 56 this year.  They don't have that pick but that's the pick that would give equal value plus 62 to move up.

Would 119 next year not be worth 56?

general rule of thumb is next years picks are worth a round lower value then the current year.

Detroit is stacking the hell out of their secondary. Moseley, Sutton, CJGJ, Joseph, Walker, Branch.

Yup.

I would still take Branch, but you have to play a ton of zone with him. We just happen to play a lot of zone.

Of course they do. A pick today is better than a pick tomorrow. It’s how Howie keeps fleecing teams and getting future firsts.

No idea when Branch gets selected, but athletically I think there are more legit reasons for Branch to fall into the 3rd round this year than there was for Nakobe Dean last year.
