Penny had a knee injury, from which he recovered but plagued by calf and hamstring issues in the recovery year.  (Less of an issue for the Eagles than most teams as superior S&T staff).  Last year’s broken leg was a bit of a freak injury but before that, he was ballin’.   I think he is being written off too much.  Look at it this way, he is low mileage for a second contract guy.

Hunt can no longer hunt. He's lost his top end speed and he's a garbage human being. Hard Pass!

He was a 3.8 per carry and 6.0 per catch back last year. He's a very beat up 28. He's done.

Yeah it’s also a spot where there really is no one on the market in FA. Can at least sign hint and be fine at RB. Really linebacker might be a position that’s addressed like they did with safety and CJGJ in training camp

I eat BBQ all over the country.  It’s all good.  Texas brisket over post oak.  Memphis, Carolina, KC, St. Louis, upper Midwest beef ribs, Hill Country goat over mesquite, VA smoked hams. NY Koreatown shortribs etc.  Not a fan of AL white sauce nor Great Lakes fish but that is my taste not a damnation.  Heck, there’s a place here in the mid state that does cure pork bellies as well as any I have had and a decent smoke house down the road from me.  

This is really cool and another sign of a great organization
