4th is a lot for an odd man out, plus injury history…

Dynamic player. Just has the injury thing

Nope.

Yeah saw it and erased it. 4th in 2025 is fine. I thought the only way the lions would do it was if they got a 4th (don’t think they’d do it for a 56-7 rounder) otherwise they likely would’ve just waited til preseason and seen if they could get more.

Not a huge Swift fan, but fine with it if cheap.

Dont know how you can not be a huge swift fan. Hes really, really good. Unless you just mean injury concerns. Thats understandable.

Swifty!!!!!

Well, this is why 1st and 2nd round picks are wasted on rbs.

Swift is a stud.

When healthy

In 2 years the NFL might not even be a thing lol. That’s forever away.

Suggested trading for Swift months ago.  Couldn't be happier with this.

Gibbs at 12 has helped shape this entire draft for the Eagles.

Traded for Swift @e-a-g-l-e-s eagles! you were saying…

They gave up a fourth round pick to do it. You guys were acting like they were going to get them for a sixth or seventh round pick. They had to actually give up something to get him. And you only get them for a year and then he’s a free agent. The thing that works with this is if he leaves you get a compensatory pick after the year. Again, I said the only way the lions were going to deal him with it if they got decent compensation for him. A fourth round pick is a pretty good compensation considering the fact that he only has one year left on his contract and he routinely has nagging injuries.

Nice, now we got two injury riddled running backs!

No. We gave up a real asset.

In 2 years. Cheer up Debbie Downer.

Fehoko is a good pick for the Cowboys.

We can now cut Trey Sermon.

Howie obviously feels like we’ve got another legit shot at the Super Bowl this year.

could argue we’ve got the best roster in the nfl . Maybe better than last year?

Both 1-year deal. Very low investment, for a RBBC team.

And he is an exceptionally good RB, way better than Hunt, for a year in which the team is trying to get back and win a SB

Swifts injuries aren't nearly as bad as people make them out to be.  He's no more injury prone than Miles Sanders.  He's played in 40 out of 50 games.  Not that you want him getting injured at all but that's not as bad as others.

It’s a 4th two years from now. Him leaving probably gets us a comp pick anyway. It’s dirt cheap.

I don't think that DTR is a 4th rounder.   Many have been able to get him on the mock drafts in the 7th.   I do want DTR and Witt in the 6/7.

Swift to the Eagles

There was a tweet a while ago saying DTR could go earlier than expected. Hes pretty much been a very late rounder until more recently. Hes started to move up a little bit.

In addition to that tweet, the fact that teams go nuts for college QBs who are athletic with strong arms, even in the absense of any QB skill- DTR is one of those guys. He had the best MPH at the combine of any QB, which included Richardson and Levis.

As a perfect fit for the eagles, future Mariota replacement as the backup and perfect Hurts backup Id pick him earlier than most teams. Could call it a reach, but for us specifically, I wouldnt have minded 4th round for him. Hes one of the guys I really want to come out of this draft with.

Swift!!! Awesome

I’ll watch some highlights and feel better.

Quality, cheap RB room. Still am really hoping Sermon gets more involved but he’s probably the odd man out.

Swift, Gainwell, Scott, Penny, Sermon
