We took out more trash this weekend. Publicly harassing VA (who saved the EMB and is trying to focus on the technology, marketing & ad revenue) will not be tolerated. Taking a fun football me

So they now have 188, 191, and 249.

He got better as the season went along and while it looked like he'd snap in half with every return he somehow managed to survive without getting hurt and hung on to the ball.

Yeah, I was petrified on every Covey punt return the first half of the season, but by December I was fine with him ... not excited, but fine.

Don’t often see a team trade up for a pick that’s 16 spots away from current pick.

That's how I'm reading things.  If there's a player they want now, maybe they are thinking 191 and 188 to get to the 170s?

Im not complaining but it is a strange trade. You would think they would want two dart throws at 230 and 248 over one at 191.

I'm wondering if they see a player they want and now they try to package 188 and 191 to move up current pick?

Must figure they need to dump picks because they won't have enough space to fit them anyway.  🤷‍♂️

Good value to trade to late 7 for an early 6

Maybe it's for Witt.

They did the same thing for Mailata back in the day.

Not half a round before selecting him, did they?  Maybe they did though...

Any Georgia draft eligible players left? lol

I think it’s more weird you see them trading up in that pick and it’s not for another 15 picks. There’s likely a reason and it’s probably they think the guys they are targeting will be there at 188 and 191 but not 7th.

Can't remember, but I think so.

That’s the philosophy I think. Knew they wouldn’t be there at 230. Iosivas could be a target here.

Late 7th rd picks are just a head start on UDFAs, you claim a couple you don't think will make it through or you can't come to an agreement.

Eagles roster is pretty loaded, Howie may be thinking he's gonna short list UDFAs and has a couple targets he wanted to move up to have a shot at snatching.

Witt fits Howie's MO. Just a straight up Lotto ticket.

Cowboys moved up to start the 6th

Dallas sent a 2024 fifth-round pick to Kansas City for No. 178.

How to copy the Eagles approach but overpay

For a scrub. Lol

I'm all hyped for Witt now. I hope we get him.

Scrub!
