We took out more trash this weekend. Publicly harassing VA (who saved the EMB and is trying to focus on the technology, marketing & ad revenue) will not be tolerated. Taking a fun football me

Eagles drafted a lot of guided missiles this draft, given they kept the ST coach, tells me they think they didn't give him enough talent last year.

Van Sumeran, Ringo, Brown can run, add in Kyron Johnson, Smith, and it could be a track meet to the ball carrier.

He isn't a good football player though. He and his brother, both have futures in WWE

Hey, if he's a Bryan Braman or Jason Short kind of player on ST, we have a new fan favorite.

Sign Deion Jones at least for LB.

It's crazy how long some of these guys have stayed in school with the adjustments made for the Covid season.  Hurts freshman year was 2016 and this guy is just coming in to the league?

Great movie.

So can this KSU player directionally punt?

He's 24 why not?  Can't just keep having a revolving door at RB.  I get it, it's unpopular to draft a RB high and you can find them in all sorts of places....kind of like they just did, they essentially traded a 4th rounder for a top talent at the position.  Why not keep him here if he lives up to it and stays healthy?  Everyone is already trying to figure out what kind of comp pick they can get from him.  I want a RB that can stay here for the long haul with Hurts, Smith, Goedert and this OL.

Not THIS RB, im saying any RB.  I just dont see that as the model right now.

Eli Ricks in UDFA is amazing. Really like that kid. He will make the team if we keep 6 CBs and Ringo plays S.

If a mid-4th round pick is worth ~50pts and mid-2nd round pick is worth ~400pts... you can kind of get away with trading for RBs every year rather making the big down payment of capital resources.  The art seems to be hitting on a RB in the 3rd round or later, or renting cheap vets with upside.

This draft was like night and day compared to our older drafts. It's "fastballzzzz" again but in a not sarcastic way this time.

Word from the Twitter punter sphere is that he's pretty much all leg right now and shanks more than average.

So, Sisposs.

So the CB room is being flipped from what it was.  The last few years it was made up of 6th round picks, UDFA, small slot guys and quite honestly, underwhelming prospects.

Howie has added high upside players from top programs in the form of former a 2nd round pick (Williams), a 4th rounder who had 1st round talent (Ringo),  UDFA from the SEC (Jobe, Ricks, Garner).

Gone are the likes of Gowan, Craig James, Michael Jaquet and so on.

I wouldn’t be shocked if they start grooming Ringo for safety early.

A number of big, somewhat straight line CBs, wonder if they see them as S candidates?

Greedy Williams 6'2 185 (4.37)

Ringo 6-2 207 (4.36)

Goodrich 6-0 191 (4.52)

Ricks 6-2 188 (4.60)

Garner 6-2 212 (4.55)

I think Scott is on his way out, which would leave Maddox as the only small CB, with McPhearson and Job at 5'11.

I just love seeing top players from top programs instead of trying to be the smartest man in the room.  There are always going to be diamonds in the rough but Howie clearly wasn't unearthing them.  Bring in top pedigree players, even if they haven't panned out yet, and see if they can reach their potential.
