Sweat is a great example of a player falling that paid off handsomely, and despite him being an Eagle I forget about it. There really was no reason for a player with Sweat’s pedigree, positional value, frame and athleticism to be available in round 4.

Hopefully we got another one in Ringo.

Aside from Gannon not being particularly good on Sundays, I wasn't very impressed with the how the youth came along last season.  Now seeing that he might have his own character concerns, I'm even happier he's in ARZ and away from Carter and Ringo.

We took out more trash this weekend. Publicly harassing VA (who saved the EMB and is trying to focus on the technology, marketing & ad revenue) will not be tolerated. Taking a fun football me

He'll always be hated for letting Dawk go

I blame Dawkins for that. He didn’t have to get on that plane to Denver while there were still negotiations going on with the Eagles. Furthermore, he didn’t have to act like getting on a plane meant that it was a requirement to sign a contract once he got there. Absolutely loved the guy as a player, but that doesn’t mean I blindly endorse everything the guy did.

Ehhh. I don’t think that’s true. The trade wasn’t even agreed to until Arizona was on the clock. At least that’s what I read.

Well, okay.  Then you should be gobsmacked that CAR traded up from 9 to 1 to take Bryce Young.  The chances Will Anderson will be a bust is about 15-20%.  Young and Richardson are both about 90% bust probability.

He rebuilt the Browns into a dynasty.

Marvin Wilson is a cautionary tale of a 5 star HS recruit that underachieved in college and failed to advance in the NFL.  #1 DT and #2 overall recruit coming out of HS.  Nothing wrong with taking a swing as a no cost UDFA but we need to be grounded in out expectations.  Similar with Ringo, who well could be a K’von Wallace.

As a PSU Fan I can't believe Sean Clifford got drafted.  He even went ahead of McKee

Even if Ringo doesn't develop into an above average starter, his floor is probably as a high end ST contributor/spot starter.  I was happy with the trade to get him.

What do you guys think the plan is with Ojomo?  Outside on early downs and inside on 3rd and longs?

Assuming we make the playoffs - the cost of the pick is somewhere between a high (WC) or low (SB) 4th.  Was there a player you'd rather had at that spot (e.g., Breeland, AA, etc.)?

As the 5th DT... maybe eat some snaps on early downs as a 4i.

Juice Scruggs, good name - 2nd rounder.  Brenton Strange, strange to see him in the 2nd as well.

I think that's the nature of the league and player evaluation.    It's foolish to believe there's a likelihood of most of the players developing into above average NFL players.

I doubt they will have any plan with him.  He will probably have a hard time making the roster.

Strange was way overdrafted as an H back.

I disagree. I think they were thrilled someone they had so highly ranked to still be available. Behind Carter, Davis, Williams, and Cox you have...Marlon? Street? I don't see any of them having the potential and versatility Moro brings. They will definitely keep 5. Noah Elliss may have that slot as a backup to Davis as NT, but if they do decide to not keep a 2nd NT on the active roster I don't find it farfetched at all that Moro can beat out the rest of them.

Pretty silly. Would you move to Denver for two years for 12 million?

Ana de Armas is stunning. She's one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen. Margot Robbie is up there too.

Definitely an imperfect process - Ruggs seemed to be a squeaky clean prospect and the whole backstory of his best friend being killed in a car accident is sadly ironic.

To be fair, 2 playoff wins is a high watermark for them this century

They are clearly overachieving.

Agreed on both, with a slight edge to Ana for me.
