He's been great in the 4th all year.  No surprise he was gassed in the 4th tonight hitting the 40 minute mark in the 4th after over a week off with a grade 2 lcl sprain.

I don’t often agree with RTK but he’s spot on with this. He had 41 minutes logged before overtime which is the most minutes he’s played all year. Meanwhile dealing with a 4-6 week injury and not at the condition he normally would be at playing just 3 games in the span of 2.5-3 weeks.

he was bad in the fourth quarter. However if i get 34-13 from embiid and 42-8-9 from harden at this stage that’s probably close to what you could ask out of your two stars.

bigger concerns are maxey hasn’t been efficient offensively since second half game 1 (basically all year against Boston). And he’s also a liability on defense. Doc needs to figure out a way to get him going. Harris does this charade every playoffs where he goes in and out of looking competent. And idk wtf is going on with melton. Games 1 and 3 he scored 17 and 14. Games 2 and 4 he’s at 2 and 0.

We took out more trash this weekend. Publicly harassing VA (who saved the EMB and is trying to focus on the technology, marketing & ad revenue) will not be tolerated. Taking a fun football me

Officiating is so much worse. Half the time I have no idea why they are even calling a foul, the other half I have no idea why they aren’t.

Case in point, the Embiid foul towards the end. Watching live I thought "that’s traveling”, then it was "oh it’s a defensive foul” to "nvm he got called for charging.”

I’d argue college basketball and nba since the pandemic have had the worst officiating of them all. And that’s saying a lot cause nfl and mlb really havent been very good either

All the PJ stuff is annoying. Runs his mouth but doesnt do dick on the court

This stat is pretty ridiculous considering the fact he’s played with harden for a year and a half, maxey and butler

The NBA Title is there for the taking this year:

The east is really wide open. Cause i imagine Boston and Philly would beat Miami. I tend to think at some point the loss of Herro is gonna catch up to Miami.

Think the west comes down to nuggets and lakers. since the trade deadline when the lakers made a ton of moves they’ve been playing really well. Their team is much deeper and fits together better. Nuggets have joker but also Gordon has stepped up this year. He’s better player than he’s been in the past. Stats aren’t showing dramatic difference but when you watch him he isn’t the same as previous years. Murray is the star next to joker that was missing since his injury. Then you got Porter and depth. The warriors could pull it off but it feels like all year they’ve been missing the factor they’ve had in years past and been downright awful on the road this year. The suns have a lack of depth issue and i tend to think Booker and KD can’t carry them through the west without getting more from ayton and the rest of that roster. Cp3 having his routine injury also hurts just from a depth standpoint

We didn’t see any of that.  That’s pure conjecture.

He does have a HOF player in front of him and he may be a future HOF himself.  So that’s all fine.  But let’s not pretend that we already know Jurgens is the real deal.

Preseason snaps mean everything.

I legit don't even know if that's a real person.  Never heard of her.

Probably the 2nd overall pick in the coming NBA draft after Wembanyama

I don't know how you could have watched Jurgens last year and not been impressed with what you saw.  He moves around and gets to the second level like a bigger Jason Kelce.

I find myself stumbling upon Carter highlights everyday and can’t help but watch.

I’m sure all 34 of his snaps last year were as dominant as this one. No one factcheck me.

Tommy posted this in a recent article. A lot of good stuff in this game.

I've heard that the 49ers played that game with only ten men on the field, so I'm not sure how to evaluate this properly.

Jurgens played in preseason games and he looked great at 2nd level, running then blocking.  It was pretty impressive,  it looked good.   There was enough to see to get enthusiastic and want him to be on the field.

With that downfield athleticism, Do you think he could be a capable RB/TE this year?

Too light. Threshold for superweapons is at 350.
