I think all of those guys are firmly on the outside looking in.

Not betting on it based on past performance, but Davion Taylor and K'von Wallace will have every opportunity to win roster spots.  Their positions are thin and they are reasonably high draft picks.  If they have big camps, there isn't much in the way to get on the roster.  At Safety, Brown, Edmunds, and Blankenship are locks.  Evans is a pretty safe bet.  Since that group lacks any consolidated starters, they may go with 5, which opens a door for Wallace if he plays well.  LB roster spot would be wide open to anyone who has a big camp.

Any OL who has a great camp probably will make the roster.  So Roderick Johnson with his spot starting experience probably doesn't get cut if he looks like the 3rd best tackle on the team in camp.  Driscoll and Steen are depth locks, but Toth/Opeta feel like they have been around forever without ever really being entrusted situational snaps as depth.  If they get outplayed, I don't see why their spots would be safe.

Better evaluation than the article being responded to.

While I think Steen was a good draft pick, we're talking a college OT making the transition to OG and learning a new offense and revamping his technique under Stoutland's guidance.

A redshirt season is more likely than a starting berth.

Yeah, and they took a center from Bama and made him the starting LG his rookie year.

Of the three options —a) plays a lot; b) plays a little here and there; and c) doesn’t sniff the field at all — I think c  is the least likely option for Steen. Barring injury of course.

A bit disappointed that Howie didn’t get the whole rookie class signed during rookie camp this weekend.

It’ll happen. Never been a problem here.

Happens every year. There's probably some guy that's late 2nd/early 3rd that's pushing for non-offsetting language or something which puts a halt on anyone else near them.

It's easier to move from center to guard (and they considered Dickerson a guard playing center), while Dickerson was a first round talent who fell to the 2nd rd due to durability concerns, not talent.

Yeah, seems pretty straight forward that he’s going to be a fairly high ranking backup.

Woman may have ruined this guys career.  Hope she faces consequences and hope Howie has his checkbook ready.

Cutting players before an investigation is a terrible precedent to set. I’ve said this before. This opens the door for any crazy fan to accuse a great player right before the season or a playoff game of rape or something. What’s stopping some nutjob Bills or Bengals fan of coming out right before a playoff game and saying Mahomes raped me in a bar bathroom 5 years ago to knock him out of the game?

if Araiza is innocent he should sue the girl and the bills.

I'd be all for signing this dude up, syposs was horrid and the new guy is an unknown.

He's just as much of an unknown and out of football for quite some time.
