Those look designed by the same guy the Commanders commissioned to do the Sean Taylor tribute statue.

They're just alluding to a Christmas game being red and green jersey colors for the holiday.  I don't think the NFL even allows both teams to wear solid colors instead of a white.

Exactly. I’d be more concerned if this was like end of June and he wasn’t hitting well. Schwarber, bohm, stott have all have dropped off over the past 2-3 weeks. Heck marsh has dropped by .050 the last 2 weeks. Eventually i trust turner is gonna get hot again and likely finish around 280-300. If I’m a Yankees fan I’m way more concerned we are 1.5 months into the year and rodon hasn’t pitched yet and there were injury concerns with him coming into free agency based off his career. 

people freaked out about Harper’s contract when he was hitting .242 after his first 75 games

It's not Turner vs Rodon, it's Turner vs Bogaerts, who I wanted them to sign if they were to sign a big money SS.

harper was hitting .242 his first year here through 75 games. People also ****ed they should’ve went machado who had better numbers during the same span. Then harper took off and has been great. It’s May 10th. JFC

His eflin take is way worse. Rays are using a 6 man rotation to keep him healthy and he already didn’t start for 2 weeks from April 13-27. Besides pandemic year he’s missed 2.5-3 months every year since 2019. Add i get told eflin is a winning player and brings winning mentality. Yet the Phillies missed the postseason every year he was here but last year  and choked many of times. Also eflin he was out for most of the second half last year.

Idk he really wanted rodon, bogaerts during the offseason. That was his plan cause it was cheaper alternative and better plan. But rodon got paid a lot and bogaerts is only making $20 mil less than Turner.

Much higher on base and Bogaerts drives the ball, which Turner doesn't do and has never done. Bogaerts has 30+ HR, 100+ RBI ability, when Turner has never been that type of player. Turner is a top of the order table setter hitter. Bogaerts is a middle of the order power hitter who consistently drives the ball.

Bogaerts is the better offensive player.

No, I've always thought Turner was overrated. I've trashed the guy for years going back to his Nationals days. I've been consistent I think all Nationals prospects are overrated including Juan Soto who's more overrated than Turner is. When Soto got traded you'd think Barry Bonds in his prime got dealt. Dude hit like 220 for SD last year, is hitting like .185 for them this year. All the dude does is swing from his heels every AB. But Mike Rizzo exchanges inside information to media people for positive press about his prospects, so every Nationals prospect will be ridiculously hyped and that's why all of them never end up living up to the hype. Whether it be Strasburg, Robles, Soto, Taylor, etc.
