We took out more trash this weekend. Publicly harassing VA (who saved the EMB and is trying to focus on the technology, marketing & ad revenue) will not be tolerated. Taking a fun football me

Frickin' Rodgers.  Promised last year to make his decision by end of February so that "the guys can make their decisions ahead of free agency", then never did, so Adams left for LV while the Packers still waited on Rodgers.  This year he pops his head out of his hibernation hole that was supposed to clear his mind, and weeks later his mind is now clear -- but he's still a diva with a clear mind, so he hasn't made any decisions.

It would be great to see Rodgers go to New York to find out how long his crap plays with the New York media circus.  My assumption is Green Bay desperately wants to get rid of him but will have no takers because of his exorbitant contract -- so Rodgers and the Packers are stuck with each other for another year.

There was a tiny bit of FA whispers. But nothing much more than what we already figured out and said in here.

*Eagles might be interested in Hunt or Mattison

*Seumalo is going to get more than Big V. One person they talked to said they would love to add him but he's priced out of their plans.

*TJ Edwards has 2 to 3 teams other than the Eagles that are in on him.

*One guy they talked to thinks Hargraves market value is $13 or $14M APY. Which doesn't make sense.

*Caplan now denies saying the Eagles would tag CJGJ

I'd be interested in Mattison. Runs hard, can catch, is only 24, and lot of tread on the tires playing behind Dalvin.

Richardson will bring enough to the table to get wins.  I'm, I guess, less concerned than you about Richardson's passing being good enough.  Richardson has top RAS all time, with almost perfect height and weight for a QB. I'll take that.  I can get enough from that top RAS guy at QB or standing next to Fields, taking a pitch, throwing or running, or taking the snap and pitching to Fields.   2 top RAS QBs with fast 40s, who are also heavy.  Both guys cranked out a lot of TDs last year on the ground.  Very long runs.  If you have a great runner at QB like that,  4.43 at 244, compared to Jalens 4.59 at 222,  you have him run a lot, and having him run a lot will mean first downs, points and wins.   You should be noticing that the Eagles went to the Super Bowl, and Jalens running was a key part of that.  QB surge is a notable play, but just overall,  Hurts was one of the top runners along with Lamar and Fields.

Now go throw on some tape of Richardson

Alexander Mattison would be a great compliment to Gainwell. Would prefer him over Sanders.

Seems like something is wrong with twitter. All of the tweets in here aren't working

The worthlessness of Eagles beat writers & media cannot be overstated. They basically recap publicly available interviews & PCs and sometimes use a stats website that they spend 1 minute on to add a little flavor.

I stopped listening to Inside the Birds.  I like Mosher but Caplan makes it unlistenable.  BWF, BGN and the Philly Special are decent.  As annoying as Bo Wulf can be, I think he provides different insight. He's been adamant the Eagles won't re-sign CJGJ and it's not a click bait type opinion.  He is pretty nuanced in his thinking about it.  He has also alluded to some locker room concerns.   Berman is also insightful.  BLG can be a bit of an Negadelphian but he's honest.  Kempski also provides fairly objective takes on what is going on in the locker room.

Saw that Henry is being shopped around. That's a surprise

Inside the Birds stopped being good 3 years ago, but it was especially true after Doug got fired. They lost their sources.

There are some dumb posters here but that's still a low blow.

What Caplan meant was an NFL GM told him we would be suprised if the Eagles didn't use the franchise tag if they do not re-sign CJGJ.  Also he was on ESPN.

NFL coaches are going to believe they can fix his accuracy and decision making issues.  I look at his decision to come out as one where he didn't think he could improve on his draft stock or he wants to cash in now.  Aside from his up and down play, his decision to leave early makes me question whether he has the work ethic to get the most out of his talent.

Cowboys tag Pollard.

What a backwards franchise. They draft so well they should be top 5 every year, but they're poorly coached and badly mismanaged.

The Titans are wearing throwback Oilers uniforms this year.

Elite!

He's a 29 year old RB coming off of nearly 350 carries.  It's unlikely he's going to be as productive next season.

True but he had around 1500yds last season. Curious how long he'll last. He's been fun to watch

Id be thrilled if someone signs TJ Edwards. Replace with Wagner, or Kendricks, or Pratt, etc and we have an upgrade.

Titans trade Henry and draft Bijan? I had a feeling last night about that and suddenly reports they're shopping him today.

Why would Patricia want to be a LB coach?

It seems like the deepest positions are CB and RB.  Certainly the consensus seems to be a lack of top end talent.  It does seem that the RAS scores for this class seem pretty good.  I would like to see how this year's class compares to other years.

They maybe should learn from the last time they tried such a maneuver.  It was just last year when they traded AJ Brown and thought they'd replace him in the draft with Burks. That failed miserably.

Replacing RBs seems like there is less risk involved.  Henry may decline soon.  Robinson should be good.

But it still seems like a stupid move,  specifically coming from them since they just tried it and failed last year.

To try and not be a laughingstock any more?

If the guy wants a career in coaching hes going to have to go somewhere that's not New England and be successful.

Hopefully hes humbled himself a little bit

Plus Gibbs in the draft

This is why I'm never scared of the Cowboys. Imagine doing that to one of your players. At least the Giants were trying to trade Bradberry.

I don't see them spending decent money for a FA RB then going RB in rounds 1 or 2

Titans fans: First aj brown. Now Derrick Henry. Our pets heads are falling off.
