- Bills +550
- Dolphins +600
- Ravens +850
- Bears +1000
- Falcons +1200

- The Field +1400

For the right price and a back loaded contract, Daddy likes.

You can still draft one late.

Henry and Gainwell with this OL?

Very nice!

We took out more trash this weekend. Publicly harassing VA (who saved the EMB and is trying to focus on the technology, marketing & ad revenue) will not be tolerated. Taking a fun football me

Lamar is probably not leaving the Ravens unless there's a team out there completely in love with him.  Ravens will want a bag of picks and Lamar seems to want a Watson-type of contract.

And no thanks to Henry.  His cliff is quick approaching and I don't want that on our books when it happens.

I can

It's kind of a sham article. They purposely put Cater aside "for the time being" since it's uncertain if there will be criminal charges.

Henry with this Oline would be devastating but agreed with others that his end is near

Howie, DO NOT F THIS UP!

Take him at 10. Come what may.

His on the field performance is tough to deny.  Powerful, penetrating DT. Would be a heckuva replacement for Hargrave if he leaves in FA.  This is one where the scouts really need to do thr homework on his character concerns.

I wouldn't want anything to do with Henry unless they take a 6th or less. He's going to be 29/30 this upcoming season and has combined touches of:

2022: 382

2021: 237 (in 8 games)

2020: 397

2019: 321

Hard, hard pass to give up anything of value for a guy with that much wear.

There was a Bears beat writer on NFL Radio last night saying all 32 NFL teams were doing investigative work on Jalen Carter's background before the story of his racing and related deaths even came to light.  Who knows what else is in this guy's background.

I agree too that the treads on Henry are wearing down. But if the right deal was presented, and it gave the Eagles another 1-2 year window to get back to and win the Super Bowl, I'd be for it.

Saints were one of the possibilities but that's not happening anymore. There is still the Panthers

I think Rodgers goes to the Jets or stays with Packers. Dolphins would have been a great destination for him if Tua was leaving

I would think Falcons the most.  what about Tampa Bay?  Brady is gone, right?

Rolling with Trask and a vet , Mayfield or Lock my guess , this is the beginning of a rebuild , way over the cap , half their defensive starters free agents . See what you have in Trask , if he’s good , good , if he stinks , they will be in play for a top QB in the draft …. And they get cap fixed all in one year

If Carter is there at 10 and the Eagles draft him he'll be arrested by year 2. If he's there and the Eagles pass on him he'll be the next Aaron Donald. Such is our defensive draft luck.

Interesting snippet from that Athletic article (aside from one exec guessing Philly would take Witherspoon)…

"A GM predicted the top 10 would include four quarterbacks, plus Anderson, Wilson, Murphy, Gonzalez and two offensive linemen in Peter Skoronski and Paris Johnson Jr. But it’s hard to know at such an early stage.”

It also mentioned that Tepper is highly interested in the Philly model of building along the lines.

My annual perusal of the top 15 RB prospects in the draft and buying into the RBBC philosophy and going after the 2nd tier prospects I liked 4 guys Tyjae Spears, Sean Tucker, Eric Gray and maybe my favorite Kendre Miller. All suppose to be 3rd round or later and all enjoyable to watch. Just sayin

One under the radar FA RB I’d keep an eye on is Rashaad Penny. If we can catch lightning in a bottle (and he’s healthy for most of the season), he has the ability to change our offense with home run speed and power.

there are very few players who can do that kind of power running with that top end speed.  would it be possible to send them a draft pick, and only have him for the rest of the contract?  I would think that Henry would want to be on the Eagles.  I'm not saying 5 year deal.   247 pound RBs are rare.  Anthony Richardson is one sorta, but 240+ is rare outside of TEs.  fullbacks.  I'll take that 247 pound RB if it's Henry even though he's not going to be great for many years,  if I can get a running back back from a linebacker or DE who used to be a running back,  I'd do that.  4.54 at 247 is beat by Richardson 4.43 at 244.  Oweh with the Ravens,  it's not as uncommon with the LBs and DEs.  Dillon is in that range.

I like Roschon Johnson, sorta Jalen Hurts running back twin.   But there's a difference between 219 (which is close to the heaviest RBs this year) and 247.

It seems that's where Lamar would want to be.  Lamar could give it a year under the franchise tag and then Tampa maybe the year after?

Probably takes Seahawks out of the running for a QB

Hurts should be coming soon.

Why not Lamar to the Bears?

cost of Lamar in part, but I like it.  The Bears can do Fields + Richardson backfield or Fields + Jackson backfield.

So, which is more valuable, Jackson or the 1/1 that gets you Richardson?

What do we think the Hurts number will be if Smith got $35 mil/yr?

$45 mil/yr?

Signing Geno makes it easier for them to take Richardson

Poor Daniel Jones.  Carr at $37M per year and Geno at $35M.  Pretty much puts an end to his $40M+ pipe dream
