We took out more trash this weekend. Publicly harassing VA (who saved the EMB and is trying to focus on the technology, marketing & ad revenue) will not be tolerated. Taking a fun football me

Really liking Riley Moss he and Darius Rush mid round steals

I haven't had a dumb thing to cheer on the defense for since the Jalen Mills finger wag. Want so bad to yell things like, "FIRST IN LAST OUT TYPE OF GUY" every time Moss makes a play.

Not much buzz in here about Jalen Redmond... I think he will be one of the top DT's when all is said and done..

It will be interesting to see how they structured that contract. Probably have it set up so they can get out of it early with the low guarantee. Imagine being Barkley and you get 10M while freaking Jones gets 40 😂

It probably won't happen, but they need to get rid of the franchise tag for running backs. Some of these guys won't hit the open market until they're close to 30 and at the twilight of their career. The trend moving forward will be to let the guy play out his rookie deal, franchise tag him, and then let him walk at like 28 after you ran him into the ground. Guy like Saquon deserves a long-term, secure deal.

They can always hold out.

Maybe we will see RBs start declaring earlier and hoping they don't become a 1st round pick where a team could have control for 6/7 years. RBs have a short shelf life in the NFL even when they are good. Maybe remove the possibility of a franchise tag for 1st round picks, you already get the 5th year option. If you can't hammer out a deal by then, the player should have more power to choose where they go.

How long until QBs are getting paid 100/year

Starting to think my ideal draft is something like trade down from 10 to around 15 for a 2nd. Trade down from 30 to around 45 for a 3rd.

1) CB Banks

2) RB Gibbs

2)  S Brown

3) DT Dexter

3) OL Bradford

No idea why Dolphins are even mentioned

It’s going to be a while unless the NFL can gain traction overseas.

I would hope no one is 'in' Lamar. That's just wrong.

No one wants to guarantee a contract for a running QB who is that small.

Trading down with the intention of trading down to target a player in trading down is targeting.

They didn’t say they traded down with that intent.  They said they traded down and came away with _____________ . Robinson happened to be the name that filled the ____________________ .

He's 6-2 215, hardly small.  Maybe more prone to injuries due to his playing style but nothing to do with his size.

When the cap is $500,000,000+.

You have to look at QB contracts as a percentage and not the number. "Usually" they are under 20% of the cap, and Mahomes this past year had the 2nd highest cap % of any QB that won the Super Bowl and his was under 18% Peyton Manning in 2009 had the highest for a Super Bowl winning QB just slightly below 19%.

He was. What more shocking to me is that I thought Sanders was an adequate pass blocker as a rookie. He was not great but he wasn’t bad. He was getting better at it as the season went along. And somehow was worse after his rookie year

The QB he was protecting might have been a factor.

A solid Center and/or Guard, as well as a Driscoll-level spot starter at Tackle.

Wish folks would chill with the MVP talk. He's 3 seasons removed from MVP and has gotten hurt the past 2 seasons. Remarkable drop off in production since that MVP season.

He deserves to get paid market rate for a top-X QB, but acting like he's Brady or Peyton is disingenuous.
