It’s going to come down to how they draft and how they hit in free agency. They’ve been better at being selective in free agency so less of a concern. Their drafting is going to have to be good.  I’m talking 2016, 2018 and 2021. Maybe not that good like 2021 and 2018 but you can’t be like 2017 and 2019 and only hitting on Jalen hurts in 2020 (while great you got hurts and hit the rest of that draft is less than stellar). If you are going to sustain excellence for a long period of time even with having your quarterback, you have to be able to draft at an above average level on both sides of the ball.

Jurgens needs to be given every opportunity to win the RG position.

I think so, yes. You don't keep a guy that talented on the bench his entire rookie contract especially given the needs elsewhere and current cap situation.
