Cool with Brissett if it's a cheap deal

But not more than $6 million/ year

We took out more trash this weekend. Publicly harassing VA (who saved the EMB and is trying to focus on the technology, marketing & ad revenue) will not be tolerated. Taking a fun football me

Of course. If he didn't, he wouldn't be in the discussion for the Eagles.

Had his team in contention for the playoffs too, then Watson came in and the wheels fell off.

I wonder if Carter and Nakobe and Davis are boys or did the accident take that away.

Brissette is good at QBR and bad at football. He lost at least 3 games with bonehead plays last year in crunch time.

He was 4-7 and should have been 7-4. They lost 4 of his games by 1,2,3, and 3 points and he had a turnover in each of them.

I want nothing to do with him.

4-7 means this is BS

Watson was 3-3. His QBR was not great as he knocked off the rust but he sucked less than Jacoby.

Looking at the record one would think but that division was pretty bad so the browns were in it for a while, probably longer than they should have been , so yeah probably not as much props to brissett as as much that division just sucked, Bengals got out of the gate kinda slow.

By the time Watson came in he didn't do anything to get the browns going in the right direction.

We'll see if he pans out, I'm sure the locker room is divided, it's a divisive situation.

Either way jocoby can win games as a backup if your starter goes down for a few games and he's not going to divide a locker room or be a distraction.

They wouldn’t have this problem if Hurts weren't in line for top 5 qb money and the team didn't get great performances from nearly every free agent howie signed or acquired over the last year.

Obviously the cap is real, but are we really crying a river over not bringing back epps, edwards and dillard? Sure, it stings to lose Hargrave, but do we keep Williams and Davis on the bench forever?

Maybe wait and see how the season goes next year before you throw howie under the bus?

Agree and disagree on certain things here. Don’t agree this is because of Hurts but I agree this has a lot to do with the team being great the last year. If I were to blame anyone it’s mostly Wentz and COVID setting the cap back for multiple years.

I don’t think crying over individual players makes sense but on the same hand it’s more the totality of losing the players all in one offseason.

But absolutely agree everyone should wait and see. The first few days of FA last year were beyond boring outside of Reddick and became one of the best entering Week 1.

Two not so bad deals, although Ward is kinda old and depends if CJGJ is still an option for us.

That's a really good deal for Ward. He basically got the same deal as Marcus Epps.

Demarcus Walker to the Bears.

Kelvin Beachum who recently said Kyler Murray needs to grow up a little bit and got roasted by Hollywood Brown just signed…to go back to the Cardinals. Lol

Bo Wulf and Berman brought up Jeremy Chinn trade as a possibility.

My god. That has to be wrong.

Whew.

Eagles must be waiting on CJGJ and/or Bradberry before they can move forward.

They said 7 per for 2 years

Why? You have this weird idea that you should have 4-5 ex-QB's playing positions on the roster for what...trick plays? Other than Taysom Hill, no teams use this philosophy. You write these novels just regurgitating the same thing over and over...

get used to it

you are mad because these are not your thoughts yet you still have to read them?

The safety market hasn't exactly exploded.

A birdie told me that Bradberry is waiting on Rodgers/Jets because he wants to go back to NY, but obviously not the Giants. Jets don't know how much cap space they'll have/need.

Would that mean CGJ is out? Was it just them guessing or saying what they would like or was it actual inside info they had...

Except you showed how they are entirely replaceable inside your own argument…

running qbs are for making bad tesms relevant. Not winning titles

I think you can win a Super Bowl with a number of interchangeable running QBs.

Any Given Sunday, and that counts for the playoffs

And, yes, you want replaceable QBs.  I'm explicity in favor of cheap replaceable parts.  I'm not in favor of super expensive franchise QBs.

So players would rather sign with the f'n Jets then here, wow that's pretty bad
