And what do the Eagles get for trading back 12+ spots?  It has to be impactful THIS year, next year they already have 12 picks!

Likely a 2nd this year, 2nd next year, 3rd and 4th this year.

We took out more trash this weekend. Publicly harassing VA (who saved the EMB and is trying to focus on the technology, marketing & ad revenue) will not be tolerated. Taking a fun football me

Mocks are rarely right outside the top 5. With the Lions picking up Sutton, the chances of them going CB at 6 drop exponentially. At 10, we may very well have our choice between Gonzalez and Witherspoon. Pick one, trade out of 30 to a team looking for a 5th year option on a player and recoup some day 2/3 picks. No need to get cute.

Agree but i dont want to trade 30. Too many quality prospects. My dream would be Wright the OT at 30 but dont think he will last that long. Kid from Oklahoma is good too. Like the tackle class alot.

Breeland seems like a day 2 guy that Stout would love.

So you're saying they get a 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th this year and a 2nd next year?  Are we trading the #1 pick? lol

25 year olds acting like 25 year olds is not new. Until he's signed, CJGJ still possible.

If they trade 12 picks back from 10, yeah that would roughly be the trade value.

I missed it - why would any of those teams trade their draft class for #10? Is the premise that a QB will be there that they need (TB and BAL maybe).

Only way it's logical is for a QB. Otherwise the team trading up is just dumb.

I'd have to check, but I believe QBs targeting him had a 100+ QBR and that he gave up 3 TDs in five games. He's coming off of back surgery and he's played a full season once in his six years. Pass.

Saw it on NFL Network last night: Nick Foles is back with the team, as #2 QB.

If we stay at 30, the most immediate impact player likely available we could take is Gibbs. I would like a swing T too with the capacity to be Lane’s eventual replacement but that would be a much higher priority for me next year when we have far more draft capital. With the idea that we stay put and have only our 6 picks (unlikely given Howie’s history but for the sake of this discussion…), here’s how I prioritize our needs (this is also not factoring in any FA pickups and assuming Bradberry, CJGJ, and Cox are all gone on top of those who have already left):

1. CB- with the propensity to be the CB2 this year and also be the top guy in a year or 2.

2. EDGE- A true EDGE, not a Reddick backup at SAM but someone to rotate with Sweat, Graham, and ugh…Barnett.

3. DT- Need a 2nd penetrating DT to rotate with Milton.

4. S- We can not go into a season with Reed Blankenship and K’von Wallace. Period.

5. RB- This is a deep class with plenty of primary ball carrier prospects in R2-4.

6. WR- A true slot prospect with short-area quickness who can also function as a primary returner.

Odell to KC ?

You are correct.  I checked and he is as bad as Byron Murphy.  Pass on both.

Isn't he still under contract? I didn't see anything about him even getting released.

He's full o crap. Foles is under contract still with the Colts.

Draft is long term planning more than immediate impact. Can get an FA running back

Today feels like the day Howie shocks everyone with Gesicki, Chark, and Jamaal Williams.

I'd be pretty pumped honestly.

A lot of people think you can can just trade down and use the trade value chart to explain it lol. Like… other teams like picks too. Why is everyone so excited to get rid of a top 5 non-QB player in this draft to take chances on 2nd and 3rd rounds lol. Like quality is way better than quantity here.

Me too. Load up the offense.  Get the D in the draft.

How much would Jeudy cost to re-sign? Flip Quez and a pick for him if it’s reasonable. Nasty slot.

Denver is allegedly willing to move him

In most cases I wholeheartedly agree with this. But if the amount of holes stay the same as they are right now, this class will have far more need for immediate impact than last year’s class. My hope is that FA changes that, but if it doesn’t my point stands true.

Jerry Jeudy. Every year they say he’s OTB.
