We took out more trash this weekend. Publicly harassing VA (who saved the EMB and is trying to focus on the technology, marketing & ad revenue) will not be tolerated. Taking a fun football me

In most cases I wholeheartedly agree with this. But if the amount of holes stay the same as they are right now, this class will have far more need for immediate impact than last year’s class. My hope is that FA changes that, but if it doesn’t my point stands true.

Eagles literally have 3 glaring immediate holes to fill.

One safety

One linebacker

One CB

Draft seems more likely.

I know it doesn’t make sense

And they'll probably fill 2 of those before the draft.  LB should be fairly easy.  Cost is low

Do we go JJAW, Reagor, or Aggy? Lol.

Edge and DT are not immediate, but also a fairly significant concern moving forward.

Agree. People are freaking out, Howie is getting comp picks next year and going to be smashing some bargain bin studs.

Milton, Davis, Graham, Sweat, Reddick.

still a top 10 DL as we stand if we see progress from Davis.

So no real raise.

Safety is filled with Blankenship.  LB is filled with Dean.

One CB hasn't left yet.

2nd safety. 2nd LB. You need 2 of these.

They haven't left yet either.

Their contacts are expired. So until re-signing, they’re free agents.

Do ex-Patriots HC’s and GM’s know how to do anything besides bring in ex-Patriots?

I like Meyers. Solid player. Too bad Jimmy is terrible.

I would imagine with CJGJ not getting a big deal on the first day that it won't be coming. There were reports that the Eagles would try to keep him and match whatever deal he would get. Howie has a very good sense for the market and what value players are going to be offered. Letting CJGJ test the market and come to the realization the Eagles are/have offered a solid deal to him.

For the most part, it looks like every FA they have lost so far was overpaid for the value they would bring to this team. Howie is making the right decisions so far.

Eagles can’t be anywhere near the Bates deal. I guess we’ll see!

We were carrying 6 DTs last year, and now we down to 3 if you count Marlon - yeah I think we going to need a FA and a draftee.

It's crushing for Hargrave to go to SF of all places.  But I would not have been happy if we gave him that contract.
