Hate to say it but my favorite backs are in the draft. I like Mattison and Harris, intrigued by Penny and D'Ernest is alright, but I like some of the backs in the draft even more. I wouldn't mind bringing Boston back on a cheap deal either. 

I’d like to bring in Devonta Foreman. Should be pretty cheap

If Boston comes back on the vet minimum, his cap hit is no worse than a draft pick (as there is like a $400K credit for this type of thing)... but he's well aware that he'll only be RB3 here, and might convince himself the grass is greener elsewhere in terms of opportunity.  Otherwise, I'm ready for the bargain bin signing from what's leftover.

Pretty productive last year - but definitely a good compliment to Gainwell or a speedback draftee.

Maybe they're about to sign elsewhere within mere hours, but the fact that most of the big names have signed and Bradberry and CJGJ haven't makes me wonder if the Eagles are trying to finagle ways cap-wise to keep them and they're sitting on offers waiting and hoping the Eagles can find a way to match the money.

I'd be ecstatic if we somehow were able to pull that off but with Kelce coming back it seems unlikely. It'd also likely mean that we're loading up on dead cap again.

He may be making this process annoying and all but I think he's still got it and would make the Jets contenders. No idea why he's delaying it. Might be because it's the Jets but the team has been built pretty well now

In my not-so-humble opinion, Rodgers still believes there's a way he can return to the Packers as starting QB.  If the Packers tell him that he's riding the bench in Green Bay in 2023 or sitting out, the deal to the Jets would be done.  The Packers made it clear to Favre he was not welcome back and, at that point, he left for the Jets.  

Murphy simply needs to tell Rodgers, straight out "the Jets want you -- we don't"
