It's Super Bowl win or bust this year. The bar has been set. Another SB loss would be a failure of a season.

You are young.  You will get more circumspect as you get older.

Reasonable people can agree to disagree reasonably.

We took out more trash this weekend. Publicly harassing VA (who saved the EMB and is trying to focus on the technology, marketing & ad revenue) will not be tolerated. Taking a fun football me

Suspect you're trolling, but no it wouldn't, you're expecting way too much.

We've lost some significant starters, both head coaches and all our vets are a year older.

If we don't make the play offs then i'd say its a failure, but not winning a superbowl? Get real.

It's "Superbowl or bust this year, again, just like last year!".

So much stupid lol.

Depends on the bust.

Carter, who was once considered a potential No. 1 pick in April's draft, weighed 323 pounds at the pro day. He opted to do only position drills and didn't participate in other aspects of the workout, including the 40-yard dash, cone drills and other physical tests. Carter didn't finish the position drills because he was cramping up and breathing heavily.

I wouldn't touch this guy at all until the 4th at the earliest, and the Eagles don't have a 4th.

I’m afraid it’s bust then, highly unlikely with two new coordinators and the schedule we have. Might have to take a step back to go forward.

Need Chauncey to sign and come out in a press conference like this

Yeah, we were chatting about that a bit yesterday.  He's too good to fall to the 4th round, my guess would be late 1st, early 2nd.   Considering he was supposed to be the 1st overall pick, that's a pretty stunning drop and he just cost himself a lot of money.

I think he has bust written all over him, but Philly would be a good situation for him.  He needs veteran leadership (check) in an environment where he may or may not need to start immediately (check) and has some people that know him and know what he can do (check).   If he's there at 30 I'd be tempted.

Reminder that the Eagles only had about $5 million in cap space at the start of all this.

Howie's playing with monopoly money.  What's the cap situation now?

Slay staying is like making up with your girlfriend after your friends tell you all her flaws.

All of twitter was pointing out Slay's decline in effectiveness last season after it was announced he'd be released.

We’ll still draft a replacement, we just won’t be forced into using #10.

Serious answer — he’s worth a 3rd rounder IMO. No more.

Generally, 1st round picks are about a 50% hit rate, 2nd 40%, and 3rd 30%.

I think Carter has a better than 30% chance to become a starter, so he’s worth a 3rd.

Graham’s deal is one-year $5M up to $6M with a fake salary in 2024 and void years 2025-2027.

So minimal cap hit this year?

Stoutland’s next pet project?

The FOs release/not release of Slay is first class negotiating. Bringing Cox back; not so much

For some light entertainment, a manager of a football team over here did this

I'd rather just give the players vanilla ice cream and be done with it

It'll likely be forgotten. He claimed he wasn't targeted for 5 games

Side note: I had no idea how gorgeous his wife was until reports came that he was getting released and people were posting her tweets lol

Reports are Cox was offered more by several teams. Could be smoke, or it could be some of us undervalue his current worth.
