Yep.  You don’t guarantee 24 million on a one year deal.  This is at a minimum a two year deal.

In the Eagles app article that just came out, when talking about the running back room with Penny coming in and Miles leaving, they talk about Sermon as a "young talent chomping at the bit to show what he can do.” I think they do look at him as a much bigger contributor next season on the main roster.

This RB class is way too deep to not grab one. I think Sermon would have to beat Scott to make the roster. Rookie, Gainwell, Penny, Scott/Sermon.
