Different animal. I’m not posting ads on Indeed and interviewing people actively looking for a new gig. I’m headhunting, and trying to get time on the calendar of people running 9-11 figure companies to try and poach them. I need to spend that time wisely, getting as much pertinent criteria covered as possible and sell them on the new opportunity. Back when I was in HR Management and was interviewing for jobs for my company directly, that was a different story.

I’d take Adeborware 10/10 times personally. Maybe I have a bad taste but there’s usually only one hit in a group of NFL brothers.

Watt’s, Kelce’s, Bosa’s, McCourty’s…it happens more than you think in recent times.

We took out more trash this weekend. Publicly harassing VA (who saved the EMB and is trying to focus on the technology, marketing & ad revenue) will not be tolerated. Taking a fun football me

You sold me on the new opportunity. What do you need me to do?

Kempski projects us for a 3, two 5s and a 6 provided Dillard plays 25 percent of the snaps for Tennessee.

And speaking of Dillard, I can’t believe he got more money than Seumalo.

Sweet. Chairman of the Board for the US’s largest manufacturer of both personal body armor and plating for military vehicles. Congrats!

Thank you. When am I starting?

Sadly, that's a good trade for Dallas.

Still, the fact that no other team gave up more in a terrible FA class tells you what other teams think of Cooks

I know people will refuse to admit this, but they're going to be really good next season.

Would be on brand for them to take Bijan at this point

Meh, he's missed less than 2 games per season on average over the last 4 years.

He gets dinged up, but he's usually pretty healthy.

Dallas is the 3rd best team in the NFC. If they stay healthy, they can absolutely win the division.

They won 12 games last year.  I think it's pretty well understood they are in the mix. But that's all the nice things I'll say about them

As soon as you can pony up the cash for an equity investment in the business.

You want to be on the board? Im about to be your boss.

That’s wild.

DAL hasn’t done anything in the offseason to solve their biggest issues.  Firing Kellen Moore is only a positive if you believe Mike McCarthy is the true offensive genius there.  If you don’t, getting rid of Moore is a big problem that I don’t think Brian Schottenheimer solves.  Moore was let go because Dak played poorly; I’m not sure McCarthy’s play calling will bring him back to form.

They brought back the oft-injured Tyron Smith and the oft-injured LVE.  Neither of those guys have been very good since about 2019.  Pollard just broke his leg less than two months ago.  They’re going to need another RB to carry the load until he returns to pre-injury form, which may or may not be in 2023

Meh…Does not make up for the loss of Kellen Moore. I think their offense takes a step back this year.  Dak is also regressing.

I would be surprised if they didn’t go running back early in the draft.

I agree. Whenever Cooks has produced it’s been as overwhelmingly the #1 WR, getting heavy targets on alol 4 teams. And now McCarthy fired Kellen Moore because he said they should be running more. So is he gonna eat up a Lot of Lamb’s targets? Is that the goal? Probably not, but you don’t trade for and pay a WR 12m$ to get 650 receiving yards. So this is basically saying Gallup’s contract was a mistake and Dalton Schultz isn’t coming back. They’re better than yesterday, but it’s a trade off as opposed to a straight upgrade

What is he right now, the sixth best WR in the NFCE?

I own the joint, so I don’t do a ton of the day to day work much anymore, but I’ll keep ya in mind. What industry? I niche focus on architecture/engineering/construction.
