Kelce had a comment about a discussion he had with Howie Roseman on his podcast.  They were talking about Howard Mudd and how Mudd basically told Howie to just focus on athletic traits when drafting o-line prospects.  I hope they have him on their boards.

They should focus on it for DL too. Athleticism + college production has an absurdly high hit rate for DL.

JMO -- but I think the discussion and tone on here has improved over the past month or so.  Not as much needless troll provoking, name calling/personal attacks, "your opinion is definitely wrong because I am right", etc.

Not sure how much the moderator traffic has increased or reduced -- I don't pay attention to that stuff.

Several ways to skin the cat I guess. You can do a boring Howie realist mock or a dream scenario idealist mock. The point is they are just for fun and people can mock how they want.

Jalen Carter has  met with Atlanta and Chicago.  I don't think he's getting past one of those 2 teams.  The Bears have also met with Witherspoon and haven't met with Gonzalez that I can find.

I think Carter slides. It was one too many things for him when he showed up overweight for his pro day and couldn't finish drills. He has great talent but if he can't get his mind & body right for the most important month of his professional life, teams may flag that. I pray he gets selected before us.

Everything since the National Championship has been bad for him. He is, however, a pro-bowl level talent at a premium position. My guess is that he visitied because there are people in those front offices pushing for him.

I understand that some have complaints and such, and it's ok to air those complaints. But just not in a place where it's meant to attract new traffic to the site. That's like going to the grocery store and in the middle of everyone, having a knockdown, drag out family argument about family business. 

There's a time and a place for those things, and what's basically a 'commercial' for the board, isn't that time or place.

It can't happen anymore though, I've unfortunately taken the step of disabling comments. That hurts channels/videos, but it is what it is.

I talked to justrelax about Witt.  His concern is that at 282 pounds he has almost no chance. He would be a two-year project at least to (1) put on 25 pounds and (2) learn the position, which he has barely played. Maybe Day 3 or udfa if Stoutland likes him. Herremans came in raw but he was very strong and bigger.
