We took out more trash this weekend. Publicly harassing VA (who saved the EMB and is trying to focus on the technology, marketing & ad revenue) will not be tolerated. Taking a fun football me

My board at 10 looks like:

Yes please: Gonzalez, Witherspoon

Maybe, but would prefer to trade back a bit to draft: Van Ness, Kancey, Murphy, Nolan Smith

No sir: Carter, Bresee, either OT (address OT later in draft or next year), either WR

Would Branch fall under the maybe bit for you?

ESPN’s Todd McShay recently stated on an episode of "First Draft” that he believes Robinson has a higher upside than the last running back to be taken in the top five — New York’s Saquon Barkley.

"I haven’t talked to a team that doesn’t have Bijan Robinson — just purely ranked on talent — in their top seven,” McShay noted. "He’s one of the seven best players in this draft. I thought Saquon Barkley was sensational coming out of Penn State (in 2018), I’ll make this argument…I think Bijan Robinson is more talented coming out of Texas, more complete, has more explosiveness and creates more missed tackles than Saquon Barkley did. We saw last season what (Barkley) can be in the NFL, how special he is. I think Bijan is that, and maybe a little bit more.”

I just know they wouldn’t draft a safety that high. I would put him in the trade back category but further back than the others.

Oy... not good.

More comments help bump it up in the algorithm so people might get it as a suggestion.

I understand that some have complaints and such, and it's ok to air those complaints. But just not in a place where it's meant to attract new traffic to the site. That's like going to the grocery store and in the middle of everyone, having a knockdown, drag out family argument about family business.

There's a time and a place for those things, and what's basically a 'commercial' for the board, isn't that time or place.

It can't happen anymore though, I've unfortunately taken the step of disabling comments. That hurts channels/videos, but it is what it is.

Think its more like getting kicked out of a restaurant because you told the staff about the C roaches roaming around, and then when they leave a review on yelp, the restaurant is mad about it saying dont leave that review.

Where would you feel good taking him? He’s a generational talent IMO. I would be fine anywhere in the 20s personally.

Yeah fair enough, I think he falls to the 20s and we wouldn't bother to trade up from our 30 to get him. I like him as a mid to late 1st round prospect though.

Really digging Gibbs at 30 if he falls that far but would be happy trading back either one of our firsts ultimately.

I very highly doubt we pick twice in the 1st, and if we do, it’s not at 10 & 30

Yeah I have a hard time seeing how Bijan would not be BPA at 10. I think he's more in consideration than people think. Still I think trade down is most likely because I don't think the other options at 10 will be that distinguishable from 15-17.

I'm not involved in moderating, banning, suspending or any of that so I don't know what took place for people to get banned, suspended or any of that.

But in your analogy, if you come to a restaurant with a box of roaches, then empty them onto the floor and then complain about them 'roaming around', would the restaurant be in the right to be mad?

I'm trying to do what I can to try to grow this community and fund it so that it can continue to exist. All I'm asking is that people don't treat me and my efforts as if they're a big blue star in the middle of the field in Dallas and then pretend that they're Dave Spadaro with a large build up of saliva that they want to get rid of.

Philosophically, I wouldn't.  Not for the Eagles in this draft; I would rather pick at #10 and trade back from #30 with CLE for 42, 111, and 126 to fill out this year's Day 3 draft.

As a pure talent I'd consider him at #10, but only with a trade down to about 15 with Green Bay.  I would need to get back their #78 and 116, though.

I’d believe it. Met him when he was playing HS out here in Tucson. He’s an awesome football player. He’s even a better kid. I hope he doesn’t go to Dallas cause I’d root for that kid. Really great family and does a lot of charity stuff with kids.

Almost seems inevitable that he ends up in Dallas

It pains me cause i still see his parents every now and then. Comes from a great family. I’m hoping someone takes him before Dallas

My buddy lives near the UT campus and has run into him several times and said he’s a very nice kid (at least from what could be gathered in passing lol)

Trade back candidate from 30

What a ridiculous analogy to even respond to. You are putting out a great product...it is really a shame you feel a need to defend and speak out for you good intentions and actions. Some people need to grow up and move on.

Interesting. Was holding out hope they traded up for Richardson.

Kind of thinking it's now Paris or Skoronski at 10 and Adebawore at 30

Watched Eagles 365 today and they said that Lane is only playing 2 more years and then you got this as Kelce’s last season … probably. I guess you try to get Skoronski at 10 but he’ll be pissed when we draft a T next year. Could maybe avoid it and hope O’cyrus  is still there at 30 and use the 10 on DL or edge

They should focus on it for DL too. Athleticism + college production has an absurdly high hit rate for DL.

Which means no Van Ness

I think Paris Johnson is an option but honestly think an OL will go before 10. Would be unusual for that not to happen

We can wait on OT for next year, or draft one day 2. We have immediate holes to fill this year and next at DE, DT, S, LB, G/C (depending on Jurgens success at RG), RB, and WR. CB is also a huge need still IMO but we can wait if needed much like OT.

If this really is Kelce’s last year they should find a G this year
