Supposedly the Notre Dame safety is very smart.  Might be a guy to look at.

The 1-3 record doesn't feel great but I guess it's better than 0-4

I do feel they want to add a higher level safety. They made strong runs at Marcus Williams but were outbid by the Ravens, also Justin Reid whom went to the Chiefs. Then after losing out on both they traded for CJ. Those actions tell me they are looking for a higher level player there. I will predict they trade for good young safety regardless if they sign one of these lower to mid level guys leftover in the free agent market.
