We took out more trash this weekend. Publicly harassing VA (who saved the EMB and is trying to focus on the technology, marketing & ad revenue) will not be tolerated. Taking a fun football me

I guess that is correct, and but it isn’t a clear preference.  I probably prefer Adebawore but I think he would be considered a reach if taken at the same pick as the other two.

I know what you mean, but I don’t really see why.

He’s the best athlete of the 3, at least on paper. He was the most productive college player of the three. He has the most versatility of the three.

I suppose some might argue the others have greater upside, but I don’t know… 6’2” 280 pounds with a 4.49 forty, 37.5” vert and 10’5” BJ tells me he’s got a ton of upside.

I get the sense he has the highest floor and a pretty darn high ceiling. To me, that sounds like the best prospect of the three, but I’m not an NFL scout so who knows.

Yikes

He just doesn’t have the top end speed I’d like but he does produce.

He went from a 1st round talent to day 3 pick real quick.

Howie typically tries to get the roster to the point where there aren't any glaring holes that need to be filled through the draft.  His philosophy is to plug holes in free agency and build for the future through the draft.

If we are to believe that Cox, Graham, and Kelce are gone at the end of next season (If), then the draft might be focused on filling in portions of the nucleus that won't be around past next year.

On the OL Jurgens, Dickerson, Johnson, Mailata will likely still be here in 2-3 years.  RG is a question mark.

RB has Gainwell here for two more years, everyone else is a one-year.  RBBC is a question mark.

At QB Hurts will get an extension for 3-4 years

At WR AJ Brown and Smith will be here 3 more years.  Slot WR is a question mark.

DE has Reddick and Sweat here for two more years.  Barnett and Graham are one-year, so DE is a question mark.

DT has Williams and Davis here for 2-3 more years.  Cox is a one-year deal, so DT is a question mark.

LB has Nakobe Dean here for 2-3 more years, everyone else is one-year so LB is a question mark.

In the secondary Slay, Bradberry, and Maddox will likely be here through 2024.  Safety is a question mark.

All of these will not be filled in the draft, and definitely not in one draft so prioritization will dictate roster building.  If I were to prioritize these question marks from a draft perspective (taking into account organizational philosophy) it would be as follows:

1.  DL

2.  OL

3.  DB (CB/S)

4.  RB

5.  Everything else.

Good post.  Building on what you have outlined, the RG question mark would be addressed well with Cody Mauch, which would take a high 2nd round pick.  Alternatively a later pick that Stoutland can coach up.

RB could continue to be RBBC, which works well as a strategy this year given the depth of the RB class.  Howie would need to acquire an additional pick in order to pursue any Day Three target.  Of course the option for either Robinson or Gibbs changes the RBBC strategic trajectory.

What gets done at Slot WR is a mystery, and probably not a high priority

DE could be addressed almost anywhere in the Draft and possibly even twice.  BPA will determine when a DE gets picked.  Wilson would be a logical BPA at 10 if he drops, but more than likely DE won’t be addressed until Day Two and/or Day Three.  Again Howie will need to add Day Three picks to get a Day Three DE.

DT has lots of options everywhere but pick 10 … unless Carter drops and they are willing to take the risk.  The DT scenario is very similar to the DE scenario.

LB can probably be addressed for years to come with one year Free Agent signings.  As much as I would love Jack Campbell or Ivan Pace I don’t see Howie selecting a LB unless a situation arises like the Dean situation last year … where the player is the clear BPA and too good to pass up.

We have beaten the DB alternatives to death, so I will defer saying anything more on that here.

You did omit TE but I would be surprised if they feel there is a question mark at that position.

You also omitted Punter and that is a huge question mark

It must be because someone posted a pic of Kendra Lust yesterday, but it took me a second too long to decipher you were referring to his broad jump and not "broad" jump

Very true.

Goedert is under contract through 2025 and I think they give Calcaterra at least one more season before deciding whether a TE2 is needed .... although I will say I like this TE class and would not totally discount grabbing one if he is BPA

I don't see the Eagles drafting a punter, but there will be a lot of guys brought in to audition.  I think Siposs' days as an Eagle are over.

He would be an excellent slot WR but I can't imagine the Eagles will pay him what he can get elsewhere.

Yes. A sure handed chain-mover in the slot. And well, you know...

This is how you go from Day 2 to Day 3 instantly.

What don't you like?

Personally, I’d say Kelce is still best center in the game, but wouldn’t hate if someone said Creed Humphrey is the new #1.

Which is crazy that Oklahoma has 3 of the top OL in the league. Draft Anton Harrison man

There is no elusiveness or strength. All of the missed tackles that lead to his big runs are due to big running lanes, and his speed. Which wont be as effective in the NFL. Other than speed, he doesnt really have anything else to his game.

He might be ok here with our OL. But hes really going to have to end up in a great place or else he wont do anything.

Hes very upright too.

I don't understand the TNF games on Amazon hate from people. Looks great for me and I like the interface. People need to upgrade their internet

Its not the quality of the stream, it's the quality of the content. I like the production from Amazon better than the other networks, and like how they have multiple different types of streams if you're into more of the analytics. The match-ups generally suck on TNF and are fairly lower scoring games compared to Sunday and Monday games. Only once last season did a game have teams score more than 30 points in a TNF match-up.

For me, it's about being limited to the app.  If Amazon was a channel I could flip from then I would have no issue.  I watch the Thursday college games, early in the year I watch Phillies games and so on.  Having to exit an app, open another up, while only taking 10-15 seconds or so, is still a major annoyance when you can flip channels if it was on TV.

Theres' also jus something so BLAH and corporate about the look.

Amazon Prime Video unveils new "TNF" logo ahead of rights ...Hank Williams Jr. MNF Intro Theme - Dec. 18, 1995 - YouTubeAmazon Prime Video will take over NFL 'Thursday Night Football' a year early - Chicago Sun-Times

I really hate how everything is on its own app so they can track you better. idk if Amazon will continue to do this, but you can also stream the game through twitch.tv for free, which isn't a channel you can just flip through but at least it isn't an app you need.

I just found this and it basically echos my exact thoughts

Additional notes from these guys- only 12 passes caught in 2022, and had 3 fumbles.

7th rounder or UDFA imo.

The flexing TNF games would help that and get better games to Amazon

I like him a lot, but I don’t disagree with anything you said either. I think his ability to get upfield is a great trait for this offense, but he doesn’t break tackles or make people miss. If he gets more than is blocked, it’s because he outran angles.

I predict the Dolphins draft him.
