Panthers not making a play for Johnson or Petullo. Good news.

We took out more trash this weekend. Publicly harassing VA (who saved the EMB and is trying to focus on the technology, marketing & ad revenue) will not be tolerated. Taking a fun football me

Whenever you have a chance to go from Mahomes to Howell, you just have to do it.  Good move for them though.

I'm not and I think squirrels just went out. I have been fishing a couple of times with no luck. Have you been camping?

No hurt my neck in January; almost recovered now but it’s been such a mild winter that most of the woods are so muddy right now….got a canoe trip booked for first week of May though, looking forward to it

With CB and DE being really deep in this class I wonder if Howie would consider Bijan in the first with a trade back if they were able to get another 2nd rounder out of it... Something like .

I usually don't want a first round RB but I also love the idea of Robinson behind this line. It just seems like there's too many needs and age on the roster for Howie to do it this year though. Plus they covet the high picks on the lines and I could see CB too. They apparently loved the corners the year we selected Smith and were willing to take one very high. Check out RB Israel Abanikanda when you have time.

No chance he takes RB in the first round. Don’t even think the 2nd.

he had to leave , andy had to call plays and it was holding him back

RB has 3rd round written all over it here

So just make him the HC then??

As the roster stands, taking a RB in round 1 won't happen; the FO would reluctantly take a LB or S instead. And we all know that ain't gonna happen unless they are left with few other options

Who hired him?  It's a terrible career move if no one knows whether Ron Rivera will survive beyond next season.  I don't see the Commanders being anything better than a 3rd-place team in the division, and if Rivera and Del Rio get fired I don't see any way Bieniemy survives under a new coaching regime.

The only way this would make sense from Bieniemy's perspective is if he was hired by Jason Wright directly.

IMO howie likes the trenches , however the board falls , he will either take the best OT or EDGE. now if he doesn't like how those options are ending up he trades back a few spots and takes best DB

If history is any indication, you can strike all three of those positions off the Eagles board in Round 1.  Keith Byars in 1986 was the last time the Eagles used a first round pick at RB, LB, or S.

It's almost exclusively been DL, OL, WR, QB in the last 35+ years.  Even Lito Sheppard at CB was more than 20 years ago now

I can see a RT being taken at some point; makes sense with Lane retiring sooner rather than later.  Almost glaringly obvious as they won't spend in FA on a RT, but will want someone in house to learn.

Yeah. Any media person who puts a RB to the Eagles is either an idiot or lazy, or both.  The type of pick the Eagles make is very repetitive and obvious, and a seasoned draft pro would know that.  LB in the 1st is more likely than RB, and that is extremely unlikely. I would win 100m at the Olympics sooner than that LB pick happening.

Sounds like what he really got was some extra chedda.   Good for him.  Now we get to see what he can do and not give all the credit to Andy.

Maybe he thinks he can be elevated to HC after they fire Rivera.  🤔

Curious what he'll do at QB. I imagine he'd want to draft his own

Everyone and their mom was mocking Lloyd to us last draft. It made no sense.

Some dumb team will overdraft Richardson; they seem like prime suspects

Maybe the Skins are going to tank this year.  Who's the #1 pick and big prize everyone will be looking at next draft?  Caleb Williams.   Some say hes similar to Mahomes.  Not to mention I think he's from Washington DC.

Wouldn't shock me if Washington is gunning for that #1 pick next year.  They know they aren't going anywhere in 2023.

Free agents I could see the Eagles having interest in:

QB: Jacoby Brissett, Gardner Minshew, Andy Dalton. Mariota if he's cut.

RB: Kareem Hunt, Jamaal Williams, Jerick McKinnon, David Montgomery.

WR: Zach Pascal, Nelson Agholor(hey, Eagles need a cheap slot guy), Mack Hollins(maybe a return? he's been pretty decent since he left)

100% agreed. AND there will be new ownership. They may want to totally clean house.

Both Charbonnet and Roschon Johnson give thunder

I'd be all on board Jamaal Williams as a rotational piece and having him with Kelce in the locker room would be gold.

I'm thinking more along the lines of a Philip Walker kind of signing.  Younger and a lot cheaper than the guys mentioned.

I don't see any of those WR here.  Pascal deserves more looks and he isn't going to get them here.  Nelson would never come back here and Mack Hollins is more of an outside WR.

I'd be happy with Philip Walker, Jamaal Williams and DeAndre Carter.

Charbonnet will probably go R2. There’s going to be plenty of good R3-R5 options.
