Jill Biden invited both LSU and Iowa to the white house and Reese responded basically saying that it's BS and the first lady and Biden are clueless.  

While I agree that's stupid and im not a fan of Biden it's still not a very classy response from Reese.  

Again I have no problem with Reese talking trash or the hand gestures but you can't tell me what she did and Clark did were the same. 

Guys all over the NBA talk trash to each other.  Guys like Draymond Green and Dillon Brooks take it to another level and purposely try to show people up, getting in their face, antagonizing them, etc.  Alot of fans don't like those 2. That's what Reese reminds me of.

He was my neighbor for two years when I lived in Denver. I was friends with his cousin, but didn't interact much with him.  

 

Short story: I was flying back when he got cut from the Broncos a month or two after they drafted Ball.  He ended up throwing an impromptu party in the bar of our condo building.  Two things I always think of about what I saw when I arrived home 

#1 - My parents, who were on an earlier flight to come out and visit, somehow became part of his entourage\crew\etc for the evening.  Supposedly it started when my mother complemented one of the girls dresses.  

#2 - He was in full "F it" mode and ducked out several times to get high AF.  I can only guess he knew he was going to Cleveland next.

Individual awards are for the players. Get to the finals and win it, be the MVP of the finals with a ring. That means a lot more. 
 

That being said, Joel was the best basketball player in the league this year. Let see how he does in the playoffs.

I like Murphy, I tend to favor taller longer DEs maybe because as a kid my first introduction to football was the late 80s early 90s eagles with Reggie White and Clyde Simmons whom were both around 6'5" 6'6".

Murphy has pretty good change of direction for a taller DE, he does a good job retracing back to the QB or ball carrier.

He looks like he has the frame/strength to maybe play inside situationally as well, not sure he did that in college?

He doesn't seem overly twitchy or explosive to me but seems he has a good get off uses his long frame to his advantage and bends pretty well for a taller guy.

I have no idea where he's projected to go or where Howie has him on his board but Howie and the eagles value DE over any other position on defense and if Howie has Murphy in his top ten in his board I could see Howie drafting him there.

I may be stating the obvious but hey🤷‍♂️

Gibbs or Branch if they fall that far is my guess. It can go lots of ways, it best be BPA

A very Howie thing to do would be to go Van Ness at 10 and Murphy at 30.  Our DL would be young and deep.

I'm not a big fan of van Ness , I think he's too stiff, if Murphy is at 30 seems like a no brainer to me.

But I could see Howie going two DL with his first two picks

I heard Eskin on NFL Radio last night, basically mocking the pundits who were speaking Bijan Robinson to the Eagles.  While I agreed with him and his reasoning, there's just something so dislikable about Eskin it made me want to chuckle at the thought of Howie drafting Robinson at #10.

Not that our current president would know who they are anyway.  He'd probably think they're astronauts or something.
