Yep.  Trade down a few picks from 10..maybe 15-17?  Pick up another 2nd.  Let's say they trade 10 to the Steelers for the Steelers 1st, 2nd and 4th round picks.  Pick 10 has a value of 1300.  Pick 17, 49 and 119 equal out to 1,416.  Pretty even.  Maybe the Eagles throw one of their extra 7ths just to give the Steelers another pick with little to no value.

Then the Eagles are picking at 17, 30, 49, 62 and 94.  From there, the Eagles have more flexibility with pick 62.  They've traded with NE a lot in the past.  So, trade 62 (284 pts) for 76 (210 pts) and 107 (80 pts).

Now the Eagles have picks 17, 30, 49, 76, 94, 107, 119, 220.  You can then look to move down again from 119 to get 5th/6th rounders because the Eagles need numbers.  But this scenario spreads their picks out much more evenly and gives them solid position in the top parts of the draft.

Pick 17

Pick 30

Pick 49

Pick 76

Pick 94

Pick 107

Pick 119

Pick 220

Id find it hard to believe you can get all of those players. Thats like a PFN type mock.

But that would be cool.

Big Rex Ryan fan here, one of the most versatile and creative DCs back in the day. My concern would only be its been almost 100 years since he coached. The game has changed since he has put on a head set, yes even in the last few years. Will his mind set work in todays game? Perhaps.  But I wouldn't be upset if his name was announced.

Since 2016 not much has actually changed. Concepts in general are all the same, a couple teams have a little more tricky things, but those are just old concepts with some flair. No team goes undefeated, so any offense can be stopped. It’s not like he coached in 1965.

I went by draft ratings.  The only real reach is Branch lasting until pick 30 but I'm hoping teams don't value safety that high in the draft.  Also, double dipping back to back at LB is highly unlikely and people will argue they used a 3rd last year on Dean but Pace and Sewell would bring in a pair of nasty, hard hitting, play making LBs with range.

Hyatt isn’t lasting anywhere near 76.

Hyatt is a first rd pick , imo

I’m like the only person in world who isn’t blown away by Branch - he’s not big enough to play WIL, he doesn’t have the man ability to be a nickel and he doesn’t really have the experience at FS. He’s a safe projection at SS, which has limited positional value. Likewise, Sewell has no range - so schematically a 2-down 3-4 thumper. These guys fit a niche like in NE, but aren’t slam dunks league-wide.

Well, if you guys (or anyone else for that matter) are interested, here’s the link.

And in case you guys don’t have Spotify, It's available on all streaming platforms.

Good stuff man! Helter-Skelter and Resurrection are my top two, but it’s all good. Nice relaxing, chill vibe for a lot of them. I could easily listen to all of this at the beach.

I think there’s a Hip/Hop and Rap thread either in What’s Up or For Your Entertainment if you want to post it there also.

What made Mac McClung's dunks so great, besides the fact that they were all ridiculous, was the fact that he made every one on the first attempt.  Semi redemption for Andre Igudala losing years back.

Worst thing about Mac, he looks like ESP.

It’s like ESP and Ben Solak had a baby and then got bitten by a radioactive spider to make him super athletic.

Feel good for the kid. He became a star overnight even if it doesn’t last long.

Anyone ever seen Erin Dolan on espn?  Never seen her before today but damn she's beautiful.  Also she's an Eagles fan.  Finally espn is doing something right.

Best thing about it was listening to Kenny Smith pick apart every last part of his dunks and not wanting to give him credit even though he said he picked him as his favorite.

It is like a PFN mock. My PFN had 14, 46, 60, 63, 90, 92, 93,111, 151, 186, 259.  They kept presenting me with trade offers that made a lot of sense given th Board at the time, so I took them.  Other GMs are going to know Howie is in the market to trade down, so I wouldn’t be at all surprised if his phone is ringing with calls from those trade-up GMs more than he is calling out to float trade offers.

Those are my thoughts on Branch as well.  If you made a like-for-like comparison of Branch and CJGJ, Branch would come up wanting.  He is much more of a Malcolm Jenkins kind of Safety.

"Swing Tackle”

There's no way Kancey is 280 lbs. He has to be in the 250-260 range. He's one of the leanest DTs I've seen play power 5 college football.

Malcolm was a legitimately big corner with extraordinary length (34+ inch arms) that made the transition - Branch has the big head/little body look, so I’m not as hopeful he’ll have those physical advantages. A better tackling Jalen Pitre would be the good outcome.

First Sunday with no meaningful football since September.

Yea, I'm thinking he's along the lines of 5-11 270.  Can he get on the Aaron Donald program?  Is the AD program legal?  You can tell he cycles.

You’re probably Thinking of Samantha Ponder; runs ESPN Sunday NFL countdown replacing Chris Berman, and Vikings QB Christian Ponders’ wife. Also the hottest employee at ESPN
