TIFWIW friend who covers cardinals hit me up said wouldn’t be entirely shocked if the cardinals went Wilson at 3 over Anderson or trade back and be in range to select Wilson still.

We should 100% take him at 10.

Attorney billboard sales outside of citizen's bank park will go nuts.

Just please don't waste the 10th pick on Robinson or Skoronski. Wasting a premium asset on a RB or an OG is how you screw up a franchise. The value over replacement level (i.e., a free agent) at RB is very small, and it's not much better at OG. If neither Tyree Wilson nor Jalen Carter fall, I'd hope to see (in this order): (i) Smith, (ii) Gonzalez/Witherspoon or (iii) trade back.

They're actually only serving the special new Mulvaney Bud Lite cans after the 7th inning.

Probably could’ve used a better photo lol

I think it gets done.

However for GB i don’t necessarily think they have to get it done by the draft if they are fine with 2024 and 2025 picks over immediate pick especially if they don’t think the value is there for the picks from this year.

Again the thing not talked about enough is the financial aspect. It in fact benefits them to do it after June 1st. Save 15.7 mil and 15.8 mil dead as compared to 40.3 mil dead and 8 mil against the cap. Packers can wait til camp to make a trade if they are ok with compensation in 2024 and 2025 if they aren’t happy with the compensation they are getting now. Let’s say trey lance looks bad and now the niners get desperate. Rumors coming out the niners would be in if jets deal falls through. How true is it? Can’t say. The packers have put up with rodgers crap in the past anyway and they have made it into a circus anyway. So i can see this becoming a circus.

do I think this happens? No. But I don’t put it out of the realm of possibilities with how the Packers and Aaron Rodgers have handled this whole thing for four years.

Fair point on the post-June 1 trade for cap purposes.

How many seasons have the Eagles had that no starting o-lineman missed a game due to injury? Driscoll had 3 starts last season and played 354 snaps last season.  Herbig, Dillard and Driscoll played more than 1300 snaps in 2021.  In 2020, Herbig and Pryor had more than 1500 snaps.  Jason Peters had more snaps than Lane Johnson.

I understand the desire to add Bijan but what is he going to add that Sanders didn't provide.  He's not a long term add to the Eagles' window with Hurts.  An o-lineman or d-lineman is more likely to stay on the team and have a longer playing career.

Yup, yup yup.  The team needs quality OL depth and lots of it.  Health is a fickle thing in the NFL season by season, especially when one was remarkably healthy in one year. There will likely be a regression to the mean

Nah, he's wrong.

People can just buy two or more at last call and drink the same amount, if not more faster. Also you can get a drink at any restaurant or bar basically up to a few mins before closing and drive right after. They should follow the same rules. Make sure no one underage is drinking, and not over serving obviously drunk people.

They’re offensive. The Native people did not OK the use of their culture. In order to do the tomahawk chop you should have to wear a feather on your head, live in a tipi, and hunt your food without being able to use a gun.

I'm sure you meant to say, the Indigenous Peoples!!!!

Please ask him to kick Gannon in his nutless groin for me.

Maybe Detroit trades up for Anderson or Carter.

No. It will turn us into fair weather fans.

Putting aside the draft value argument, assuming both players are guaranteed to be pro bowl quality, what’s more valuable to wins and losses: running back or guard?

I'd say a guard. Great o-line means you can put a lesser RB back there.

This is an interesting move by Atlanta

The fishing rod is out there for a trade up with a team lower in the order

Forget RB at #10.  Too high for a RB.  #10 pick is a valuable resource that the Eagles does not have regularly, rarer if the team continues to be a SB contender.  Use it wisely on a premier position on OL and DL.  OT would be ideal.  Johnson has had injury issues and may not be around in 1-2 seasons.  Driscoll is the back-up for both OT positions.  Need to add a young player to develop and be ready in a season or two.

Guard is one of five players along the OL which means there are more options to normalize overall play of the unit if one of the guards is just mediocre. Whereas a mediocre RB will leave a lot of potential gains on the table and fail to capitalize on opportunities which hold back the offense in a more significant way. So for me, I'd take the pro-bowl back over the pro-bowl guard. The giants offense would suffer more from the loss of Barkley than the cowboys offense would suffer from the loss of Martin.
