Not sure.  The Individual week mustard's are $75 each.  I can get Grey Poupon for under $5.  That's 15 weeks of mustard for the price of 1 bijon.  If I get the 8 oz jar instead of the 10 oz squeeze bottle, that's 19 weeks of Grey Poupon!   Bijon seems a bit overpriced.
