Sous vide are great!  @just relax gets my gratitude for directing my path to that!

You’re not going to get a lot of smoke that way… Not unless you are cold smoking it. It only takes about 45 minutes on the smoker at 225 to get a good ribeye up to 115-120ish

Sous vide is a method I have not yet dabbled in since I smoke a lot of food, but I have been hearing more and more about it.  If I wanted to get a good sous vide machine, what do you recommend?

Hurts wasn’t the highest paid for long.

Same here.  I love this time.  So exciting but as always, I'm going to get bummed when teams I hate take players I've loved watching in college.  I know the Cowboys are going to add someone l wish would be an Eagle.  The Giants will probably add a super athletic, lean DE/LB prospect and the Ravens will draft every LB/S I like.

Pat Kerwan and Jim Miller think that Seattle is going with Carter.  Pat is a really good friends with Pete Carroll so I think he has good intel

I have a feeling the eagles still try to move up for someone like Johnson but ultimate get stuck at 10 or trading back cause the cost to move up.

You are correct... but sous vide cheaper cuts of steaks makes them pretty amazing.

That is also very true. My mind goes to rib eye and filets when I think steak.

I want to know how Johnson looked when he played RG. I don't really want him if he's not going to dominate at RG. I am not entirely confident about that fit.

I prefer medium rare. That's a little too rare for me. I guess I should turn in my man card.
