    You'd figure if Howie thought Chicago would take him and Howie really wanted him he'd trade up. He either doesn't think they'd take him or if they do take him, Howie didn't want Carter to begin with.

    So Eagles were likely trading up to 8 for Paris Johnson Jr. That would cause a lot of complaints.
