Yup. All defenses should basically sell out for splash plays and minimal resources invested outside the DL.

Basically get a bunch of pass rushers and DBs who gamble for INTs.

I look at it this way. The lions were scoring in the 30s and still not able to winning some of those games. If you had one decent corner, maybe you get one stop with an interception and that would’ve been enough to win. I don’t think the lions running back situation is going to make their offense immensely better because Jamaal Williams last year was pretty Fing good and they still manage to lose games because they were scoring in the 30s and 40s. you have to have some sort of d. I don’t think you have to have a good defense but you can’t be bottom five in almost every statistical category.
