In her case, she has a right to vote in the state where her US citizen parent(s) last lived. Obviously, it took extra time to process her application since she wouldn't have shown up on the initial look. They are checking dude AND not every person will have lived in the state.

My question was directed to the why it takes certain swing states days to count when, before 2020, it didn't. As for your taxes, it doesn't seem like a fair law, but it's the law. Explain why officials in Pa. said it will take several days to count the vote in 2024 if 2020 was an extraordinary blip.
