I think it’s a gamble too, but she was also a prosecutor who has had to deal with hostile witness for most of her career. Before Joe stepped down, I thought it was a bad idea. I thought the only person who could step in would be his VP, and I didn’t think Harris was up to the task. I am happy that so far, I have been wrong. She hasn’t been perfect, but she needs to keep the hammer down while Trump is in hiding, and holding dance parties.
