My advice to you is to consult others before you push a narrative like this one as you obviously don't have much ability to come up with various ideas and angles and thus don't have the ability to make a reasonable analysis. This one is VERY VERY simple. In 2020 the number of mail in ballots sky rocketed which was due to COVID. Going forward, we can expect the number to remain very high given the convenience people experienced of mailing in the ballot instead of voting in person. It really is as simple as that. PA should follow the lead of other states and allow counting ahead of election day which would allow the count to complete just as early as it did before. That will take new legislation which hasn't happened yet in PA (or a host of other states). Go with Occam's razor my friend and leave the flat earth type of stuff alone.
