Blank slate?  Only somebody with blanks in their head follows the very far left blank slate.  The rest of us with our feet on the ground ignore this slime on X.

Why didn’t he do this his first term?  🤣

Because the deep state was too busy using lawfare against him with the fake Russian Collusion impeachment bullish.  Duh!

I'm out west. It's not late. Glad you keep track, though.

It's not that hard to notice

I didn't think it was possible, but Kamala is a much worse candidate than Hillary was and it's not even close.

How are old are you that 11:30 or 12 is the middle of the night?

Yeah, that does it. At least they have a decent one.

Your only talking to 3 or 4 people in this whole thread. 😆

She really does sound like Hillary.....

People will vote for this sack. Amazing. Apparently not all of his supporters are in mental institutions.

The mental health crisis in the USA is really out of control.

Interesting, it appears you are correct.  I was looking at NY's online form and these were the options:

Option 3 is concerning TBH.

I believe New York, specifically NYC, is one of the few places that allows limited participation of non-citizens in LOCAL elections.

Given the high number of tax paying immigrants specifically in the NYC area this isn't as bizarre as it sounds, but shouldn't (and won't) become commonplace in other areas.

I prefer president who don't call America a failed nation and a garbage can.

That is just me. Probably part of loving this country, and not an orange clown.

See, this is where I disagree. It makes zero sense to me.

  1. You need a valid ID to register to vote
  2. You get assigned a polling place
  3. You'd need to decide not to vote because....reasons
  4. Then you'd need to coordinate with someone who can't register to vote (felon, illegal) who can make it to your polling place
  5. You'd need to teach them your signature
  6. They'd need to go to your polling place, give your name, have a signature close enough to yours and then vote
  7. Never get caught

To suggest this is happening on a large scale (without being caught) and requires millions (billions?) to install ID scanner in every polling place is the type of stuff reserved for Trump supporters. It's simply not happening and we're being asked to spend unnecessary time and money.

The reality is closer to this:

MAGA: I can't believe we lost! They must have cheated!

Then lots of speculation on all the basic ways people could commit election fraud are tossed out, and it seems so plausible it's internalized as truth.

This completely sidesteps the reality that the voting process is designed to thwart election fraud. The people who architect and run elections every year are not idiots and understand at a far higher level how individuals attempt to commit fraud.

But the cognitive dissonance for MAGA is relieved, and isn't that really what matters here?

Never again.

My mistake is trying to get these people to think logically. It won't happen again.

It’s nice getting off work at 1430, but it’s a struggle getting to bed early enough to get decent sleep.
