Im not really a fan of foreign aid but I thought congress was solely responsible for passing these aid packages. So how does the president stop that from happening?

Eh im not too upset provided the Dems have control of house or senate. I agree with trump on some of his foreign policy stances but still don’t care for him. Hopefully there is no federal ban in the second half of his term.
