I went through the "witnesses" a few times already from the guy to the 17 year old. Read that and get some facts straight. I still have yet to see any of you send anything that wasn't behind a paywall supposedly talking about him having video evidence that I'm sure the DOJ would overlook. Sure. They didn't have enough to get a grand jury in DC to indict him with video evidence. 

From earlier: 

The guy who asked for a pardon and was charged for actually sleeping with her. The woman who was being paid by that same guy after he met her on a sugar daddy site that lied about her age who is now doing porn and Onlyfans according to the legal documents in the case. 

What you have is a "report" full of rumors from a guy who was cheating on his wife with an underage woman lying about her age and essentially paying her to sleep with him and a 17-year-old at the time prostituting herself out that's now in porn. So yeah...with how much the DOJ hates him if something was there he would have been charged. That's also why the View had to read a legal statement after accusing him of this crap.

Oh, I forgot to mention that Greenberg was also called "downright evil" by a judge after making false underage sex allegations about someone else in the past and the person he shared a cell with told agents that Greenberg said the girl would go along with his story (accusing Gaetz) if he paid her.
