Well, I'm guessing the Founder's would say too bad. Each state has the right to decide for themselves or vote for new representatives. If it polls that bad then I guess it would be the latter. I'm against the 100% abortion bans but if they pass then the people have a right to speak. That's how it's intended.

The founders really have nothing to do with this conversation.  There's nothing inherently wrong with going back to the states with something, it's just that the GOP has such sheety, unpopular policies that when the GOP says they want something to "go to the states", it means they're about to sheet on your individual freedoms.

I think the planned ratio is a bit much, but even if you set the ratio to 1:100000, it kinda evens it out just a smidge. 
 

Plus, the more representatives there are, the less power the bozos on either side have.

Bad idea.  Would just make the legislative process more cumbersome and unruly.  435 is too much as it is.
