February 6, 20251 yr Author butler cooked the sixers earlier this season. i mean, who hasn't, but....
February 6, 20251 yr It seems like Jared Butler was on a 2 way contract. Or one that got converted to an NBA contract for the rest of the year. There is no salary information for this year on sportrac. Im not sure if he is taking a roster spot right now or not but I imagine part of this move is to sign him to the NBA roster.
February 6, 20251 yr Author or they sign edwards to a "regular" contract & keep butler on a 2-way. who knows?

Taking the hand we have been dealt, Im glad Morey is selling off old vets, and salary for younger players with potential. But we need a big swing- a PG trade and/or an Embiid summer trade. Because we cant actually re-set till those contracts are gone. And they are on our books for quite a while. Cant have that.
February 6, 20251 yr Author they have 45 minutes remaining to get rid of some more dead weight....pg, gordon, drum, everybody!

February 6, 20251 yr Hawks made 2 trades. Haven't looked if it's possible that they cleared cap space for Paul George.

February 6, 20251 yr guess thats it. No PG trade. Not even a Gordon or Drummond trade. Sad. Morey does suck.
