Major gamble but he’s able to do this because of his relationship with Lurie and all the security he’s built. It’s a very good strategy for someone in his position.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Jerry moved Stephen to the basement. 

But in a general sense, all the teams in the column in red are locks for awhile. Loomis, DeCosta and Roseman aren’t going anywhere anytime soon. Beane doesn’t have as much clout but he has stability for a bit. Berry is the outlier but I think it’s likely he was forced Watson on to him. (Didn’t even mean for that to be a joke but I see what I did there)

That's the big worry, this team has a window and when it closes it's going to close hard. I expect Lurie to propose unlimited cap or unlimited June 1st designations at one of the upcoming Owners meetings
