OCMD is actually a really weird demographic split. It’s like 1/3 families, 1/3 gang members, 1/3 20 somethings partying at bars.

I always think of OCMD like I do Myrtle Beach.  It's an OK beach town but there's a varied crowd.  My preference at this point are the NC beaches like Topsail Island but even those places are getting more crowded.

AFC East, AFC North, NFC North, NFC South are some ones I think will be pretty close.

To be honest, Sean Payton is talking a lot and I’m not so sure that broncos job is all that great. You have to hope Russell Wilson isn’t finished. Add on your competing with Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes in the division. 
 

I thought he should’ve sat out another year, and seen what the landscape was in 2024. There’s a chance that Staley and the chargers fail and you get the opportunity to coach Justin Herbert. You’re still going to against Mahomes but I would rather take my chances with Justin Herbert than Russell Wilson at this stage of their careers. There’s also the possibility if the Cardinals are really bad and get the number one pick that they draft Caleb Williams. Payton has ties to the Cardinals. I would not be shocked if the Cardinals are really bad and they get Caleb Williams if they fire Jonathan Gannon. It would be a way more attractive job at that point, and more desirable cause of Williams to get a much better coach. Plus they still have the Texans first round pick in the next draft. Sean Payton probably would've been at the top of that list.
