Yup. Why moving turner out of the 2 hole doesn’t matter if you are gonna move castellanos into the 2 hole. That was a predictable strikeout when he got down 0-2. You knew he was swinging away at whatever and wherever that pitch was going to be. ball was nearly out of the other batters box.

Wouldn’t be shocked if Dallas is involved. Pollard coming back from injury and i could see Jerry jones making that splash. So they can have a zeke/pollard type back field again but with Taylor.

I would be.  Cook has been available for a while and we heard nothing about that possibly.  Why give up picks and money when you could’ve just spent money.

I don’t think they want to pay cook what he wants. But cook mentioned wanting to play there. I think Taylor is younger and still cheap for the year. Plus he doesn’t have the off the field incident like cook and whatever happened with his gf. 

That said don’t see him getting dealt right now. I do think irsay changes that tune if the colts are bad at the deadline

Rojas isn't supposed to be that good with the bat, at least not yet.  But, the kid is getting it done in the bigs.   Small sample size, but he definitely looks like he belongs.

Stott might be the best hitter on the team. And i love harper. But that dude comes up clutch and can just rake.

Definitely.  I said it about 2 or 3 weeks ago.  Never gives away an at bat, always battles, and just puts the bat on the ball and let's the rest take care of itself.

 

 

And that was a very disappointing, but not surprising ending.   They just gave this game away.

Realmuto is god awful with RISP this year. He’s hitting .188 so not surprising he grounded into a game ending DP. 

again, the reason why it should be stott and bohm 1-2 in the lineup is so at 3 you can have Schwarber potentially hit a home run with runners on base. For the year he has 19 solo homers out of his 27 home runs. And if he doesn’t come through then you have Bryce Harper coming up after. Yet here we are having castellanos bat second who went 0-5 with 5 Ks and stranded 7 runners.
