I am very excited about what Ringo can possibly do. Originally pre draft, I thought he can be used in a versatile role whether as a third safety, LB, close to the line of scrimmage, etc. I really like his recognition skills and explosion to the action. I'm not sure what they will do with him but I guessed after the draft they would have him 100% concentrate on outside CB due to his measurables combined with age. If this kid can figure it out he has the ability to be a top CB in the league with elite measurables. But after reading some reports he has been moved around in camp, that was a very pleasant surprise. I'm hoping they can get him on the field in some sort of role immediately. He can be very physical and I think that is one of the missing ingredients in the secondary. 

We’ve seen a lot of reports of Davis looking slimmed down. That’s probably the best photo I’ve seen so far. He definitely has cut some baby fat.

Though I’m kicking myself for top left corner, I picked someone I didn’t think was obvious but in hindsight was the most blatantly obvious player I could have stated; he was 35%

No it was a hat too. Someone on Twitter on my newsfeed posted a pic of Randall in that hat.

I remember my dad buying similar hats for us that said, "He’s Back Scrambling”, I think from Modell’s or Schuykill Valley Sports. Would kill to have that thing back!

I was reading that Trey Lance is getting 3rd team reps with the Niners and could be traded. Remember back when they traded up the rumors were Mac Jones was their guy and everyone trashed them for being stupid enough to trade up for Mac Jones? Turns out he would’ve been a better pick than Lance, but Jones kinda sucks too, so no matter who the Niners would’ve taken that year, it wouldn’t have been a great pick.

There’s a few things to take away from this.

One, it’s not easy to evaluate QBs.

Two, don’t operate desperately for QBs unless they’re a can’t miss prospect.

Three, this is probably a big reason why the Eagles have a QB factory mentality and continually invest in that position even when they seemingly have the position filled. When you keep investing it in, it decreases the chances you ever get desperate enough to need to do a panic trade up for a QB in the first place.
