Yeah nameplate is sewn and logo. But number and name aren’t apparently.

I’ve seen various ppl that logo isn’t stitched but number is and vice versa. Either way limited jersey isn’t worth the 175. Just wait til the get the elite. They look nicer and last longer.

Logo definitely stitched and the numbers aren't. It's easier to see on a video here. I agree, it's not worth the extra $45, Fanatics price gouges big time.

Nike was smart on the elite jerseys because what they did was waited for everybody to buy the replica and limited jersey on Fanatics. They were going to drop their stuff a couple days later with the Nike elite jersey which is completely stitched. And people are gonna want to buy it and they’ll make a killing off having that jersey while Fanatics doesnt have it.

The Cubs schedule was ridiculously easy the last 13 games. They had the nationals for three then the Cardinals for four then the White Sox for two and then the Cardinals for four. 3 of the worst teams in baseball. Their start of August is hard and then when they get to the end of August, they have 23 out of 32 games against teams over 500. They’re not gonna sell but but a chance they fall off and regret not being sellers

Phillies had 10 out of 14 games against pathetic teams.  Need to come out of it at least 10-4 to get some distance in the WC... but starting 1-2 against Pittsburgh and just giving away yesterday's game (and to a slightly less egregious level, Saturday's game as well) is a really bad start to that.   Now they absolutely HAVE to take 3 out of 4 from the Fish.  And then HAVE to sweep the Royals.  And can only afford to drop one to the Nats after that.  That gets them to the 10-4 mark, but that would be the least that would be greatly beneficial in this stretch of games.  The key is that they need to take 3 out of 4 from Florida to not allow them to take advantage of this dip by the Phils against Pittsburgh.

They were actually fortunate they played the nationals and Marlins a crap load last year in September because that was the only thing that kept them afloat. I don't see enough pitching there to make a difference, regardless.  They only have one pitcher on pace to win 15 games, and it's neither Wheeler nor Nola.  Their undoing last season against HOU was those two taking nothing to the mound in their WS starts -- they don't look like they will this year, either.

Not sure why they keep insisting on hitting Schwarber leadoff.  27 HR means nothing when they only produce 65 total runs; Bohm has as many RBI with only 10 HR.  Two-thirds through the season and he's only scored 61 runs; basically on pace for 90 runs scored, which for a guy leading off isn't anything to write home about.  His OBP is 4th on the team, so they could have Stott, Marsh, or even Turner hit leadoff and it would make more sense.  Schwarber is a classic #5 or 6 hitter, and that's where he should be batting in the lineup.

What a legend.

Pee Wee's Playhouse was one of the most innovative, inventive programs to come to TV in quite some time.  I felt sorry for those people who "didn't get it."  Attracted a lot of talent like Lawrence Fishburne, Phil Hartman, John Paragon, William Marshall, etc.

I still say that theater "incident" was Reubens deciding (consciously or unconsciously) he was tired of the character and wanted it cancelled.

Great movie

I grew up watching all of the old cheesy 60s surfing movies with Frankie Avalon, Anette Funicello, Don Rickles and that whole bunch. In the 80s, they made a reunion movie called Back to the Beach. Incredibly cheesy but a closet favorite movie of mine. PeeWee had the most random cameo where he comes and sings then rides off in the night on a floating surf board.
